Location was perfect for exploring and the air con was wonderful after walking the whole city. Check in was a breeze and the double locked entry made the already safe neighborhood feel even more secure. Kitchen was small but equipped with everything you could need, even a corkscrew for the bottle of wine you can buy down the street at the grocery store. While the washer and dryer weren’t in the unit it was still very useful especially with detergents and fabric softener provided. So charming we didn’t want to leave.

Best host ever. Raúl was very helpful with check-in, parking and everything else. He gave us lots of useful information. The apartment is located within minutes of walking distance from any attraction that needs to be seen in Seville. Great AC which never let us down. Definitely recommended!

This was the best value of our trip to Spain. Centrally located in Old Town Sevilla, the property was amazing. From the check-in with Raul to the accommodations, this is another place that I would stay AGAIN. We walked to everything: flamenco shows within 5 minutes, major attractions within 15 minutes. From nearby tapas to fresh-caught seafood, this location truly delivered the experience of living like a local in Sevilla. The staff was so welcoming and informative, leaving us with no questions after check-in. We also loved that our room overlooked the courtyard and was quiet. Our kitchen was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only minor issue was a balcony sliding door that got stuck and off-track when opened, but after communicating with the staff, it was addressed right away. POV: Make sure you check in and register before arriving—it makes the process smoother and ensures staff are ready for you. I absolutely loved the heart-of-it-all location and how it provided an amazing experience in the Andalusia region of Spain!

The room was huge, A/C worked great, balcony overlooking the street was so cute and it's just in a great part of town! The rooftop terrace was immaculate as well. Remember you're getting an apartment, this is not a hotel with staff working at a desk. You'll need to call them on WhatsApp to get check in information. You definitely will not regret staying here, and there is a taxi stand literally ten steps away from the front door (to the right, around the corner, by the birds filled trees!) short walk to everything, rather, right in the heart of it all!

We arrived close to 9pm but Raul’s instructions were excellent. We loved having a laundry for our use, as we had been traveling for over 10 days. The room was spacious & clean. The area was perfect for exploring Seville! We would definitely recommend & would stay again!
