It was very difficult to contact the property in order to know how to get the room keys. Team members at hotels seemed quite unprepared for such inconvenience, with Joanna suggesting to use the postcode in front of the phone number provided via the email to contact the property, with another member of staff called me, thinking I was the property. rather than the property itself. At the arrival, the lady in charge of the check in gave me the wrong key number, numbers which are almost impossible to read as the ink on the key rings is almost all gone, making me doing 3 times the stairs leading to the 3rd floor, our floor. Sink and shower are almost nonexistent, with the former too small to be used properly, and the latter without any curtain, thus leading to having water all over the bathroom floor.
One of the few positive bites are the location, which is great, the price, and the little interiors of the building, with balconies very much representing the city.
