The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is perfect with the Setas right outside the door, shopping, dining even a laundry mat within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is the perfect location for the price. It was super convenient and walking distance to everything. The rooms were super clean and staff were lovely. Reception was extremely helpful for navigating the city for recommendations of what to sightsee and for food. They even help you book anything you want to go see. We would definitely come back to this prime location mostly due to the lovely staff

The breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful. Donā€™t laugh - but I cannot stress enough how incredible the water pressure in the shower was (my personal highlight). The balcony room I had at the front of the property can be loud at night as it faces Las Setas, but it wasnā€™t a problem for me.

Very nice hotel in a perfect location! Enjoyed my stay here with my husband celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. The staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much for them! We want to say thank you the Maria at reception who was exceptionally good and also to thank her for the lovely gift she left in our room for our anniversary! We also was to say thank you to Pablo and Stavis in the restaurant who went out of their way to get us some vegetarian options which were not on the menu. Thank you all for this wonderful time, we will be back soon.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. A special thank you to Maria, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. She was incredibly kind and helpful including assisting us with getting a taxi and making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was very clean, had great food options, and was in a perfect location for exploring the area. We truly appreciated the warm, attentive service and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
