Triana is a newly built, modern, airy and bright architect-designed house with two terraces, a private swimming pool and private parking.

It can accommodate up to 7 people with its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has underfloor heating and underfloor cooling. The property is decorated and equipped with quality furniture.

The property is located in the emblematic neighbourhood of Triana. Triana is a classic Sevillian neighbourhood situated on the other side of the Guadalquivir river. It stretches from the Cartuja in the north to the Remedios neighbourhood in the south. With a seafaring character and a great Sevillian tradition, it is the birthplace of bullfighters and artists and attracts many visitors seduced by its tapas, its views of the river, its typical market and its small Sevillian tile shops.

Dit is een gehele woning met 3 terrassen en alle mogelijke faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Zeer net en heel mooi ingericht! Kwartiertje stappen van het centrum. Ɓuurt zelf was redelijk druk We hadden er een fantastisch verblijf.

Terrific house in nice location

Wonderful stay. Really enjoyed Sevilla, and this place made us feel like we made the most of our time there. The pool is small but refreshing. Great location and very comfortable place to stay.
