We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the hotel is conveniently situated for all the main sites; and both the breakfasts and the roof terrace for drinks really added to the pleasure of our visit.

Very well placed for a city break, being within five to tem minutes of the Alcazar and cathedral. Also within 15 minutes of the bullring and museum, a venue doing a flamenco show and tapas and the hop on and off sightseeing bus tours. There are several decent bars and restaurants on the doorstep, which was useful as the hotel don't have a restaurant for evening dining. They do have bar and a roof top terrace though. The room was clean and comfortable, and has air-con, mini bar and safe. It didn't though have facilities to make a hot drink, nor iron creased clothing in the room. There is no laundry service. Staff were always helpful with restaurant recommendations and booking a taxi for the airport for our departure...helping with luggage to the vehicle too.

This hotel is in the middle of Barrio Santa Cruz. You can walk to everything: restaurants, bars, attractions and get lost in the streets of Barrio Santa Cruz. Very safe area and the hotel staff are super friendly and helpful

Hotel is located in the old town and is close to most the tourist places you need to visit. Welcome drink is offered upon arrival. Free drinking water provided in the mini fridge. Even provided slippers. Staffs are very helpful. Overall liked everything!

Superb hotel with wonderful staff
This Hotel is superb. Small, super friendly staff who are the most helpful staff I have encountered in a long time. The conversion of this building to a hotel is just wonderful and done so sympathetically retaining the grandeur but with the modern conveniences we want today. The welcome and ongoing contact from the staff is way beyond what has become the norm - they know who you are and you are not just a number or someone passing through. Our room was a standard double not huge but super comfortable with everything that we needed the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever found. We will return again and again.

Everything went well on this stay. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable; the staff was friendly and responsive; the restaurant staff and food were excellent. Staying in the Palacio gave us walking access to all the major tourist and historic sites in old Seville. Wide choice of good restaurants nearby. Great location and home base for a wonderful visit to Seville!

This is a generally pleasant hotel, easy walking distance from the Alcazar and cathedral and with lots of local nightlife at close quarters. The rooms are clean and the breakfast - a la carte and included in room rate - was good. However, my room was not soundproofed and there was a lot of noise from both outside and within the hotel (from an event held within the hotel) which was not restful. Otherwise, a good stay.

The property was central and in easy reach of many attractions and restaurants. The room was slightly smaller than expected and needed a little more lighting. The hotel staff were all very good and the in house restaurant was very enjoyable. The menu was extensive but you could only choose the Tapas options if you wanted to eat at the bar. The roof bar was enjoyable but you paid a premium for the drinks.

Very close to palace, cathedral and shopping. Streets are narrow but walkable. Not for people with a car. Room was nice, though a bit musty at first. Nice breakfast and rooftop bar.

We stayed 5 nights at this friendly boutique hotel which is fantastically located for all the major sights. The two ladies on the front desk were fantastic, very friendly and helpful, advising on day trips and also assisting when we wanted to change room after the first night (no.4 has a window that opens onto the cobbled street outside and with no double gazing, it was too noisy for us). It’s a small hotel, so you sometimes have to be patient with the service in the bars, but everyone is very kind and hardworking. Really recommended.

Atmospheric boutique hotel within 2 minutes walk of the cathedral, etc. For the £200 per night we thought the room was small and lacked basic bathroom amenities and no coffee making facilities. All the staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was abysmal though.

Nice hotel in a perfect location,with helpful friendly staff. We would have liked a tea/coffee pot in our room or self service in the lobby instead of sit down. A bit mote counter space in the bathroom would be help,but I would highly recommend this hotel. Love the location but I wouldn’t recommend driving since its in a cute historic section of narrow streets which I loved

The streets around the hotel are not suitable for driving up to it. The hotel should warn would be visitors about it and guide them how to get the hotel perhaps first park at a garage and take a taxi to the hotel as the taxi drivers are more accustomed to the narrow alleyways. They should also have bell boys to bring the luggage from streets where the taxi brings the guests because it can be an ordeal if you have carry or cart the baggage from a distant street where the taxi drops you.

We loved the location of this lovely hotel. It’s right in the heart of the old part of Sevilla. Minutes from the Cathedral. The hotel itself is beautiful. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very pretty roof deck.

Loved This Place!
This was such a charming boutique hotel! The staff was wonderful on every level. We came in by air so we didn't have to drive to the hotel. The roads are very narrow and challenging. The hotel contacted us before hand and set up a ride from the airport which was very much appreciated. It was centrally located and easy to walk everywhere. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hmmmm
Top bar a big let down. Service slow, forgetful and some staff miserable. They charge extra for bread you don't want/ask for so be carefull with that.
