The patio is amazing with different areas to hang out in. We enjoyed our stay but were surprised to see construction of the full 2nd floor going on. We were out for most of the days but when the workers are there they can be a bit loud. The patio had a lot of construction dust on it. Although, all this we still had a good time at this location. Highly recommended. This was a beautiful light filled newly renovated apartment. All furnishings and fitting were of v high quality and the beds and linen were both luxurious and super comfy. The kitchen was well equipped - great to have basics there like olive oil vinegars salt coffee pods. We loved the huge wrap around terrace especially the shaded lounge area. We appreciated the doors opening onto the terrace from most rooms and the high quality sound proofing meant there was zero noise from the street. The air con/heating system was v effective too. My favourite part of the stay was sitting out listening to the blackbirds in the trees, the sounds of Sevillian street life drifting up from the cafes below and the clanging of the chapel bells across the road. The location was great - in easy reach of the river and all of the more popular areas and right opposite a bike station so we were able to cycle out further eg to Feria and Macarena areas. The local area was interesting with plenty of shops, eateries, Arenal market round the corner plus fabulous Triana market a short walk accross the river. Our favourite area was Feria with its wonderful little market, great food stalls and lots of independent shops bars and cafes. We came across an amazing flamenco music jam session in a small bar there. We also enjoyed the flamenco dancing at Maria Louisa park. Seville is sensational and this apartment the perfect place to stay when visiting. Excellent communication and check in with Marta. Thank you ! ##### Sue C.
