Very clean boutique hotel. Everything is walkable and near the Parasol. The only thing I don’t like is their bath towels, it’s a cheap kind and also there’s no mechanism to open/close the curtains I have to do it manually.

The hotel is very goood. Actually, only 3 things were uncomfortable for me: - the AC fixed right infrint of the bed. It blows directly to the bed. - standard rooms are without windows. The description did not mention this; - the blanket is very heavy and hot, even the AC minimum temperature is 22 only.

I love Seville!
The building is beautiful - Clean, well maintained, nicely designed and in a great location. They also have a beautiful rooftop which is worth visiting. The room was a bit small but that is the category of room we booked. I would recommend staying here.

Room was clean however facilities felt a bit lacking like not having someone on reception all day, only from 2. They did have lockers to leave luggage but big suitcases don’t fit in them. The room we were in had no window, and was quite plain, not decorated much. The worst thing about the hotel was the noise. The walls were paper thin, so particularly in the evenings when trying to sleep, I could hear people flushing the toilets, walking on the floor above, running water through the pipes etc. so wouldn’t recommend for that reason alone! Maid was however really nice

Excellent boutique hotel. Good sized rooms well decorated on a quiet but centrally located Street. Would commend on Jaime, the receptionist. Always kind and attentive to my needs. Observation for the management. As a former Hotel GM the spacious room 202 was great. But it did not have a shelf (it could go under the TV wall) to sit and write. Trying to locate a local TV channel, I was taken to a site Ondamex.com a local chat room. This blocked my access to other channels. Other than that I fully recommend this charming hotel.

New hotel, room size is big and clean, bed is very confortable as well. For the room with terrace, very quiet at night. Outside the hotel, there’s a supermarket and a restaurant call “ Bar Salsamento” highly recommended. Great food, reasonable price and nice staffs.

Charme et confort sans prétention, très bien situé
Le bâtiment est charmant, les chambres sont très confortables et bien décorées. En prime, un superbe roof top, et de quoi se délasser dans l'eau! des arbustes en plus sur cette terrasse, et ce serait un paradis!

Me encanto que estuviera justo en el centro de todo, bares tiendas lugares de visita...esta estupendamente renovado con mucho gusto respetando una edificacion antigua. Las camas comodisimas. Lo unico que se echa en falta es desayuno, no disponen de instalaciones para ello, es solo dormitorio de todas formas hay miles de sitios cercanos. Tambien se echa en falta el parking pero es normal que estas edificaciones no dispogan de garaje. Hay un descuento eso si en un parking publico pero hay 5-10 mn de paseo.
