This magnificent first quality apartment tastefully decorated is a magnificent option to enjoy the city of Seville in all its splendor. A spacious duplex with private terrace, modern but comfortable, distributed on two levels.

On the first floor, which is accessed from the hall, there is a welcoming living room with dining area and large windows that give it luminosity. On the same level, there’s the first of the two bedrooms, with queen size bed -160x200cm- and bathroom en suite with rain shower. The other bedroom has two single beds and a study/work area with a beautiful vintage desk. The second bathroom, complete with bath with shower incorporated, is independent and with access from the hallway. For its part, the kitchen, modern and with first brands furniture and appliances, is fully equipped and disposes as well of bar for breakfast.

On the second floor there is a second living room with access to a cozy terrace perfectly equipped and overlooking La Giralda, ideal to relax and enjoy a magnificent evening. This living room has a single sofa bed.

Its location is another advantage of staying in this property. At Angeles street with Mateos Gago street, just meters from the very Cathedral and Giralda; One of the most characteristic areas of the city center, full of life and lively throughout the year, which will also allow you to visit the main points of tourist interest on foot.

Loved the location and amenities available in the apartment. Walking distance to major tourist attractions, ample food options around the place and easy Uber/Taxi access from nearby Alemanes Street. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Seville.

Best location, big apartment and great hosts! You have to walk a bit with your luggage to your apartment since the taxi can’t get in those narrow streets but it wasn’t a bid deal. Bathrooms weren’t spotless and you could hear the noise from the street around 5am, mostly when trashcans were being moved.

I stayed at this property for 11 days and it was perfect. It’s located in the center of town right by the cathedral. You are close to a variety of bars and restaurants and just a short walk from the shops. The apartment was very clean and the building was quiet. I would have thought that we were the only ones in the building. I highly recommend staying here if visiting Seville.

This apartment could not be in a better location if you want to be in the center of historic Sevilla. The unit is only blocks away from the palace and cathedral. There are numerous very good restaurants just feet away. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The only challenge is that you cannot drive within roughly a half mile of the apartment. I dropped my family and luggage off as close as I could and then I found a parking garage, which was maybe 3/4 of a mile away from the apartment. The rate to park in the garage is 25 Euros a day. Anyway, we would definitely stay here again. Sevilla is a wonderful city and this apartment allowed us to explore and enjoy what Sevilla offers.

There were no house instructions, no city maps, the cook top did not work and by luck a worker let us into the apartment. While our stay in Seville was good and the property served our needs there were issue. I would also say the living room Capet needs cleaning or replacement. We were lucky the apartment entry door was open or we would have been waiting on the street.

Good location for a lot of the top tourist attractions within just a few minutes walk. The flat is clean and has everything you need. Close to bars and restaurants (some of the noise from these locations do carry into the flat if you are an early to bed type person). The best part was the management company - Genteel Home was so responsive for questions before and during the trip and had information regarding anything you wanted to know available in the flat. Would definitly choose this flat again.

Spacious apartment with good layout. Modern and elegant decor. For a family of four having 2 bathrooms was convenient. The upstairs loft has a nice view and the apartment has a washer, but no dryer. Also only one set of keys was available which made it difficult for our group to go separate ways. As far as location, it is great!! Within easy walking distance to La Catedral de Seville, Real Alcazar, Museums, and Plaza de Espana. While there are several restaurants nearby (Dona Rufina was great), we walked to places outside the main tourist streets to enjoy tapas at La Bodega on Alfalfa St and gelato nearby. Beautiful neighborhood and Seville is a delightful city!

We have stayed in many properties over the years, and in all honesty, I cannot think of a property that we enjoyed more than this one. The location was excellent, with a wide variety of restaurants right outside of the door. The cathedral is about a three minute walk away, and again overall the location was fantastic. Instructions were very clear, for instance, regarding places in which to park. The quality of the beds/bedding, the kitchen supplies, the common rooms, the absolute cleanliness of the apartment, having an elevator, excellent air conditioning, and overall beautiful decor of the place, not to mention the outside porch, made this definitely a top-notch stay. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the property manager was excellent. There were absolutely no negatives concerning this flat. Very very highly recommended.

What a quaint and cozy area! The apartment is so close for walking to the main sights. Many restaurant options and a grocery store nearby.We enjoyed having the nespresso machine as we eat breakfast before heading out for the day.The space was very comfortable and the upstairs sitting area upstairs gave our teenager a place to have some space to herself after a tiring day. It was so nice having a washing machine. We were unlucky with lots of rain which I understand is not normal and couldn’t hang clothes outside so a drying rack inside would have been helpful. It is wise to tell taxi to drop you off by the cathedral as it is a short walk..small taxi’s can get through the tight streets but a large van picked us up from train station and scraped the side of his van and almost got stuck. We did end up walking the rest of the way. My only thing I found annoying was the glass door in the kitchen as it has to be closed in order to access cutlery drawer. Otherwise it was a perfect spot for our family.
