Property/Room exceeded expectations

Sevierville is a nice area to stay if your visiting the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. The area is less congested than Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Definitely plan to stay here again to visit the area. The resort itself could be an amazing getaway for a family or a cozy getaway for couples or a group. So many activities just in the resort that you could occupy your time just in the resort. Food and beverages were excellent. Alcohol beverages exceeded my expectations. The room was the right size and beautiful. Very comfortable beds, full kitchen for meal preparation, plenty of seating in the condo for multiple people, nice deck for outdoor seating, bathrooms up to date and clean, garden tub with jets very clean and user friendly, and the overall surrounding areas of the room are very quiet with excellent customer service. The owner called me right away with check in information. The front desk associates called me the day of check in to verify arrival time and make to accommodations for us appropriately. Above and beyond with customer service throughout the property. I travel frequently and the property owner and the resort were on top of it!! Amazing get away. Definitely plan to bring my family back for a full week and plan to reserve the room again for a getaway with my husband. You can’t go wrong with this room or property!

Great resort and location. Very clean and well maintained room and property.

The good: Easy check in process Helpful texts for check in and departure Very clean suite with kitchen Property was pristine The not so good: Conceige at check in was rude and refused to help us Conceige was friendly enough the following morning, however it was obvious her goal was to convince us to see a resort presentation rather than understand the benefits she could offer us as guests. She should leave the high pressure tactics to the used car sales people. The outside water park is not very conveniently located.

The resort was a vacation in itself.

One of the best places me and my family have stayed. There was something for the kids and the Adults to do at the resort. Pigeon Forge had more to do than anywhere we have visited so far.
