First I want to emphasize the beautiful view this cabin has of the mountains and the hot tub on the back deck is perfect after a day of hikes/exploring. The place is clean, stocked with all kitchen supplies to make home cooked meals and the bed is very comfy. Coming from Florida where we drive on flat roads everywhere, the road up the mountain to this cabin was a little (very) scary. We went in October and drove a truck so it was definitely an experience. I would just recommend driving a 4wheel drive vehicle especially if you’re going during winter months. All in all 10/10 and would definitely rent this place again. The only negative was the one lane road going to the cabin, impossible to pass another car, extremely narrow, would need a 4 wheel drive during rain or snow.
