We typically come in the fall during school break. Our cabin was very updated and clean. Had every convenience we needed and more. Close to town and the area was very quiet. We would definitely come back to this cabin again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!🍁
We enjoyed our cabin stay, was close to attractions in pigeon forge but far enough away from the noise of the busy strip area. The bunkroom was perfect for 4 teens to share. Hot tub was great, nicely stocked with games. Good response time from host for questions before and during trip. Only suggestion would be to add a large cutting board for the kitchen, big enough to cut up a frozen pizza :) we would return to this lovely cabin.
The home was perfectly suited for our family of 6. Outside of the great decor it is thoughtfully appointed with each room having its own TV and Roku with pre logged in accounts for the home. The charging stations in each room were also a nice touch. The location was about 15-20 min from restaurants and attractions and we enjoyed the seclusion of the quiet rental neighborhood. If you’re staying for longer than a day we would recommend you bring your own soaps, shampoo, conditioner - as only mini travel size ones were provided - which were not enough for a family staying for 5 days. Chris was a great host and able to answer unexpected questions quickly.
We had a fantastic time at Stone Ridge Lodge! I was nervous that the space would be tight with ten of us - four teenagers, two kids aged 6 and 8, and four adults, but it was perfect and didn’t feel cramped at all. The on site laundry was a great feature and one we used frequently with so many teen girls! The kitchen was stocked and we were able to eat in as a large family almost every night! I would recommend maybe adding some oven mitts and replacing some of the pots and pans due to the Teflon peeling off. However, there were plenty of tools, plates, cups, and utensils to serve everyone. The mattresses were SO comfy! Seriously the BEST sleep I’ve ever had on vacation! I’m now looking to replace my home mattress with whatever brand was in the master! Communication with owner was quick, kind, and professional. Thank you for a great experience and an even greater place!
We had a great time at the cabin. We had ten of us staying. There was something for every age there. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The common areas were large and comfy. The downstairs was great for the kids and teens. They had games and their own bunkroom and bathroom. They actually had the best bathroom! The kitchen was large and spacious for making meals. We used the kitchen a lot. If you are cooking make sure to bring seasoning and extra trashbags. There are TVs in all the rooms with free access to Disney + and Netflix. The free WIFi worked great. The outdoor areas were comfortable with lots of seating. The gas grill was really nice also. It was quiet there but beware of traffic coming down the hill or up it. Can be hard to see when backing out. There is no yard or grassy area for dogs. Had to walk up the road to find a grassy area. The decor is beautiful. Beds were very comy with memory foam, lots of pillows and extra blankets. Lots of towels provided. 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom provided. Chris was great to contact and very helpful. Only thing missing from this cabin is a yard area and firepit. Would definitely recommend this cabin! It even became a marriage proposal site for our niece! Would stay again.
Conveniently located, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas. Overall nice property and plenty of space. Owners were very responsive and addressed any questions or concerns. Pet friendly, but know there are no grassy areas on the property - must use grassy areas along the road, which isn’t a huge deal, but more limited areas in summer due to trying to keep dogs off the hot pavement. We didn’t cook any meals at the house, but seemed adequately stocked.
