Take a dip in your cabin’s indoor pool or soak in the warm waters of the jacuzzi tub. In the summer months, you can also enjoy sunbathing by the resort’s pool. Back at the cabin, partake in some friendly competition in the game room that offers a pool table, arcade game, and 42” TV. Enjoy a movie night in the theater room that comes complete with surround sound. When you’re ready to wind down after an exciting day, you can unwind in one of 4 king bedrooms, each with a king bed, 32” TV, and full bath. The fifth bedroom is located on main level and fitted with one full bunk beds. No better way to vacay

We had the best time with family in this cabin and didn’t really need to ever leave! So much for us to all do and enjoy as a family and the owners were on top of everything and so quick to reply and check in. We loved the memories made here!!

Love this Cabin

Our family enjoyed this cabin. The cabin was spacious, plenty of seating in the main room and beds were very comfortable. Maples Cabin Rental made everything from booking the cabin to checking out very easy. We can’t wait to return next year.

Everything about our stay was easy with no added stress from check in to check out! Margie is amazing to work with & so sweet. Cabin was clean & listing was accurate, location not far from main strip. Will definitely be staying with Maples Ridge again!

Great Location, lots of room.

We had a large group of people that included lots of different ages. This cabin was perfect for us with the indoor pool, games, and theater room. The location being somewhat secluded but not so far from every thing was exactly what we wanted. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would book with them again.

Mountain retreat

Quiet cabin in the mountains. Close enough to shopping and all the fun. Just in case it matters to you, our phone carrier At&T didn’t work here other than texts via the Wi-fi.

Great cabin in a fantastic location.

Cabin was easy to access and all codes worked without any trouble. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The heated pool was a hit with the kids and the hot tub was in full working order. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We have absolutely no complaints.

From getting the text to enter till we left was a great time. Place was clean and exactly what was shown. Only issue was the water heater was small so 15 people taking showers daily , many had cold ones. Other wise then that we would definitely rent again

Mountain Getaway

We had a great time staying at Splashing Bear Lodge. Management was extremely responsive to our few requests and was very easy to communicate with. Kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. Godzilla was a hit in the movie room. One of our guests left a bag behind and management called immediately to make arrangements for its return. We loved our stay!!

Great , comfortable house for ourselves, our grown children and grandchildren ! Well stocked kitchen and the indoor pool was enjoyed by my grandchildren every day. Management was very easy to work with and communicate with on the two minor problems we encountered .

Great house, great location

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was very large and provided a lot of space for two families to get together but also have privacy. The kids loved the pool, the movie room, the game room, and mini golf at the front of the community. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed for cooking pretty big meals. The property manager was always quick to respond and very helpful. Plus, the house is just a very short drive from lots to do in Pigeon Forge. This is a great place to stay!

Perfect for multiple families

I don't know that we've ever had a cabin where everything was in great shape. The couch even looked brand new! Communication was immediate to answer questions (like code for the community pool door and where extra towels were) The layout is great for families - we had three families with either 2 or 3 kids, so the boys took the bunk room and girls took another room. It was so easy to get to and down from for dinners, shopping, and we could pick up milk and be back in 15 minutes or less from the nearest Weigles. Community even offered an open area near the gate for football and frisbee with a miniature golf course as well! Would stay here again!

Wonderful!!

Everything was great! The cabin is huge, with plenty of rooms/space. A few little annoyances were things like only half the jets working in hot tub, the microphone for karaoke in the theatre room didn’t work, and when watching Netflix on the tv in the theatre, it was sooo slow and spotty. We couldn’t finish it. But the cabin was clean, management was easy to talk to, and location was perfect!!

Perfect Vacation with the Whole Family

Our family enjoyed our stay at this perfect getaway resort!! Enough room for all 13.5 of us! Indoor pool in cabin was excellent! Just too hot for hot tub. 90's all week! Perfect outdoor pool weather! Gaming room and theater room were a hit! Lot's to do in the area and beyond. Our Hosts were very responsive. We arrived through the back gate which we weren't aware of. Main gate is by pool area. Gate numbers were changed! Other than that it was all perfect! And yes we saw a bear in our neighborhood in broad daylight!

Fall break 2023

Splashing Bear lodge was great! It had everything we needed. We had 5 adults and 6 kids from 1-16 and there was enough room and activities for everyone! Views are amazing! Beds were comfy. Game room and movie room are awesome. The pool alarm was a little hard to figure out initially but we got the hang of it and definitely glad of it for the little kids. Between the alarm and the lock on the pool door we felt the little kids were safe. Steps into the hot tub would have been great but just a minor inconvenience. Location was great not as remote as some cabins we’ve stayed at in the area. Slight issues with the wifi one day but it was resolved quickly. Overall we had a wonderful fall break!

Family friendly property

Our recent stay at Splashin' Bear Lodge 165 was a good experience overall! The cabin was spacious and in a good location, making it easy to enjoy everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. The kids especially loved the game room. The indoor pool would have been a fun feature, though the liner needs replacing, and the water was a bit murky. We only used it twice briefly. There is a hot tub on the bottom deck as well, but we didn't use it.We didn’t use the theater room in the basement either, but it looked really neat, and they had some DVDs available. We also appreciated that they provided golf clubs for the complex’s putt-putt course, but there was only one golf ball, which would have made it tricky for multiple players. We meant to pick up more, but were too busy in town. Having a laundry room was great too!There were a few signs of wear and tear throughout the cabin—most noticeably, the carpet could be replaced, and dead bugs were around the perimeter of the floor. That said, the cabin was still comfortable, and the management team was very kind pre check-in.Despite some minor maintenance issues, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider returning in the future! It was very spacious and could accommodate an extended family.
