The overall stay was great. However, the bathtub/showers were slick. My 73 year old mother fell on her left knee while showering which left her with a large hematoma. Mind you this knee was recently replaced with a fake knee. The room connecting the dog kennel was extremely dusty on the wood truces. The floors needed a good mopping. The home was very convenient to get to. The layout of the home was very convenient. The outside area was great. The host were very responsive.

Beautiful, cozy getaway extremely clean and kid and pet friendly we really enjoyed the experience of being able to spend time with our loved ones!! Really hope to be able to enjoy this location again it was also very close to everything we had planned on doing in pigeon forge and Gatlinburg!!

Family trip

We have a large family and this house was perfect for us. It had enough space for everyone without feeling crowded. Location was great, out of the hustle and bustle but close enough for us to go anywhere. We were here while it snowed for the younger ones it had a great yard to play and sled.

The house had big bedrooms and was great for having little kids sleep in the same room. The layout was nice and plenty of space in the living room and kitchen to hang out. The location is probably the best part, you don’t have to go into pigeon forge and you’re close to stores and restaurants.

Great space for large groups. The pool table, outside swing and porch were used by all. The large kitchen seating area fit our group well for dining and game playing. Away from the crowds but close enough to get to places. Would stay here again.

Gymnastics Meet Family Gathering Weekend

Thank you to the owners and property managers for making our weekend get away very roomy and comfortable. The house was very large and roomy. The family loved playing on the pool table and some enjoyed the hot tub. I relaxed and read books and shopped and enjoyed being with my family. Part of are from SC and the other part from KY and this is a halfway point for us to visit each other and we lived the location. Lots of space to part and no winding roads to get to the house. We hope to rent this cozy home again.

Reasonable prices and attentive owners

The place is very spacious and had plenty of room for our large family. The price was reasonable and the location wasn’t terrible. We had some issues with the outlets not working in the basement and the owners immediately came out to try to fix it and when it couldn’t be completely remedied they offered us a credit for our trouble. That is great customer service. I wish there had been more towels and washcloths and the hot tub could have been a little better but otherwise it was the perfect property for us.

Quick drive to pigeon forge

This house is in sevierville, but the access to pigeon forge attractions is quick. Big yard area for play, plenty of distance from the highway. Great house for our corgi and kids. Loved the pool table!! Kitchen could use some more things for families that cook. But restaurants are close! Pleasant outdoor sitting area for enjoying being outside (or a good smoke!).

The house was nice

The house was large and roomy, as was the back patio and gazebo area with plenty of seating inside and out. Also, everything seemed to be clean. Having 2 refrigerators was a huge help. The one problem we had was the noise. Then property was right on a highway that was busy 24/7. There were also noisy neighbors on both sides, one of which played loud music until sometimes 11:00pm. Also there were 2 airports, just down the street, giving airplane and helicopter tours. So much noise. Had I known all that I wouldn't have chosen that property. Lovely house, but not much of a "hideaway."

We had such a wonderful experience. The home was everything we thought it was going to be. Plenty of beds for my family and close friends. They even had a Christmas tree put up. I would definitely recommend to others and will use again if we are back in town. I would also like to add that the owners were quick to respond with any questions we had.
