You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am. \- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. \- Please note that the pool takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your pool may not be hot upon arrival. \-Kindly note that our hot tub is not operational right now. No further notice on when it would be available. \- 4WD will be necessary in the winter months. \- Guests are responsible for providing their own charcoal. \- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty. \- No RV or Trailer parking. \- This is a pet-friendly property. There will be a fee of $75.00 per pet. Please note that no pets should be over 80 lbs and we only allow a maximum of 3 pets. Pets must be housebroken and kenneled when unsupervised; they should not be left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture. \- You may not book if you live locally without asking for permission and letting us know why you need a place in town. \- By booking with us you agree to download our app to gain access to the property. \- Guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make and throw all their trash in the trash can. Although all of our properties are sprayed regularly by a professional pest control company, the city and park areas are not. During various times of the year, these insects may find their way into the property. By booking you understand that is a possibility during your stay and understand that there will be no refunds related to bugs getting into the property. We will be happy to work with you to get pest control back out if necessary. \- Pool contractors will service the pools on (will keep you posted). \-Cabin Community Amenities: Club House, picnic area: Located at 3336 covered Bridge Way. \- A temporary hold of $2 will be placed on your credit card as part of our verification process and will be released within 7 days.
