Welcome to "Cozy Vibes", one of our favorite places for our family. With a separate area for the kids and adults + master king suite on each of the top two floors, and the views from the deck (Did I mention the views?), you will not be disappointed.

Great Weeklong Stay with Family & Friends

The cabin was a great fit for my and my best friend’s families. We enjoyed the hot tub and grill during our weeklong stay and the location was great for accessing the National Park.

Simply Amazing!

The hosts were amazing and responsive and loved the small touch points throughout to help us to navigate our way through town and through the home. The cabin was so serene and relaxing and a perfect location. It is the mountains-so yes-it was a little hilly-but who goes to the mountains for flat land?! We will be back. Thanks again for a wonderful stay and such great detail and attention provided to everything!!!

- Online listing very accurate. - Communication with owner very timely and informative. - Cabin was very clean, orderly, and furnished well. Mattresses were very comfortable. - Arrival instructions very prompt and informative. - Departure instructions sent timely and very good also. - We had party of five and stay was very comfortable. Having three levels of bathrooms and bedrooms worked perfect for us. Could have easily and comfortably accommodated another 2-3 persons. - Cabin had everything we needed and more. - Would be our first choice and will plan to rent again on next visit.

Great Communication, Disappointing Cleanliness

The host was courteous, responded quickly, and promptly sent cleaning staff when we raised concerns. Despite the additional cleaning, the home still lacked cleanliness. Multiple showers had visible buildup and pubic hair, including on the wall caddy and around faucets. The basement shower had significant scum at the entrance. The downstairs bunk beds were made to appear ready, but the sheets were folded under the blankets and had to be fully made before use. A dresser on the first floor still contained clothing from a previous guest, and Christmas decorations were left out in August. The host stated they will be taking this feedback seriously.

Beware!!! Host Double Booked Cabin :(

To say my family & I were shocked is an understatement!!! Found out when we arrived that the cabin was double booked. Host apologized & said he would refund my money (which should have been a given) but my family didn’t have a place to stay. Needless to say VRBO was not much help either. Couldn’t check in to another cabin (doesn’t allow same day check in). So they offered to pay for a hotel & when they did offer a hotel reviews were horrible. We ended up finding one but it was so sketchy and just not what we expected for our vacation. I’ve never had this happen before. I will definitely do my research better next time but it will NOT be thru VRBO!!!

This was a picturesque location, yet close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This was both of my children's first stay in the mountains and they had a blast!
