Supplies: Firewood for the fire pit and charcoal for the grill are not provided. Bring your passwords for TV streaming services.

Safety & Maintenance: A Ring camera floodlight covers the driveway area. The property has scheduled pest control and routine lawn care; providers may arrive during your stay.

Winter Travel & Terrain: There is a slight incline leading to the cabin. While roads are manageable, 4x4 drive is recommended during winter weather.

Seasonal Decor: We decorate for the holidays! Specific decor may vary from listing photos.

Travel Insurance: Highly recommended. Refunds are not issued for weather, natural events, personal emergencies, or utility outages beyond our control.



Pet Rules

Maximum of 2 dogs under 40 lbs each.

Pets must stay off all furniture and beds.

Dogs must be crated if left unattended (crate not provided).

Guests must pick up after their dogs immediately (indoor and outdoor).

No excessive barking.

Additional cleaning or damage fees apply if rules are violated upon checkout.

We supply a convenient starter kit including bar soap, liquid dish soap, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, a laundry pod, and paper towels. This will cover your first night, but please plan to bring or buy more for longer stays.

The health and safety of our guests are our top priority. We implement a rigorous cleaning protocol after every single check-out.

This is a strictly smoke-free property inside. Evidence of smoking will result in odor removal and deep-cleaning fees.
