Heated Indoor Pool | Mtn Views | Fenced Yard | 12

  • Trillium Cove Retreat is a 4-bedroom cabin in Wears Valley, Sevierville, with a private indoor heated pool and mountain views. 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge, 25 to Dollywood and the Smokies.

    The pool is yours alone, kept at about 85°F, 3 to 4 feet deep with no deep end, so kids who can't really swim yet can stay in it all day. Rain or January, it doesn't matter.

    Sleeps 12. Hot tub on the covered deck, arcade and foosball downstairs, and a table that seats all twelve.

    Out back: a fenced yard, a 3-hole putt-putt course and a propane fire pit. Dogs welcome, no pet fee.

    You're sharing the mountain with a mother bear, her two cubs and one big adult, who often wander through the driveway. Spotting them is one of the best parts of a Wears Valley stay. They've also learned to work car door handles, so keep snacks out of your car.

    Under new ownership since August 2026 - we manage it ourselves.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Our cleaning team takes care of the rest. Please bag any trash and put it in the bear-resistant bin outside with the lid latched.
If you used the grill, give it a quick scrape. Put the hot tub cover back on and make sure the propane fire pit is off.
Close the pool room door so the pool alarms stay armed. Safe travels, and thank you for staying with us.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

POOL: The indoor pool is 3 to 4 ft deep, with no deep end. No diving. Children must be supervised by an adult in the pool room at all times.
No glass in the pool room. POOL ALARMS: The pool has a door alarm and a floating alarm in the water.
Both stay armed whenever no adult is in the pool room.
