We welcome your pet (please see rules) and understand how important they are when traveling The kitchen has brand new appliances but it’s smaller than most and it also has an eat in kitchen table for 12, all rustic. If you like OPEN concept this would not be a good choice because there is a an electric stone fireplace dividing the living room from the kitchen. The photos are exactly what you would be renting The small living room is a cozy part of the home with a queen leather sleeper sofa. . 2 bedroom on this level share one bath. One king bedroom and 2 full beds in the other bedroom. DRIVING TIME: 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 25 minutes to Gatlinburg and 10 minutes from the Smoky National Park entrance , Cades Cove WiFi by Xfinity and guests steaming Roku services on each TV. Outdoor Security cameras located on the main deck near entrance door and BACK YARD for the wildlife especially bears. SLEEPING : MAIN FLOOR (kitchen level$. 2 full beds, 1 king bed, memory foam mattress, full bath with jacuzzi tub A queen sofa bed also is on main floor Main floor bathroom with jacuzzi is shared between these 2 bedrooms. THIRD FLOOR: RUSTIC king bed memory foam mattress, bath with jacuzzi tub ,bidet, washer and dryer and 2 open balconies on this private floor Aside from central air and heat , there is a AC wall unit in the bedroom FIRST FLOOR private suite (parking level) 2 queen beds divided by fireplace wall for privacy , walk in shower, Tv, there is a SECOND FULL KITCHEN fully equipped This is floor is private and goes out into the yard . Access to the main level is inside with stairs . Perfect for elderly people or those who can't climb stairs, since its located on the parking/yard level. Aside from the central air and heat there is a AC/heat in the apt for your desired temperature. All linens and towels are provided along with a starter kit of basic items. \* we only provide soap and toilet paper for two days. You must go shopping for longer periods . \* Kuerig coffee maker and drip coffee makers The game room is RUSTIC and detached from the main home. There is a full walk in shower bathroom there It has a foosball,pool table, full bar , TV and more. Has a wall mounted AC/heat pump unit \*\*\*\*All aspects of this cabin are rustic chic. This is not a GLAMOROUS cabin but was made with family and kids in mind. \*\*\*There will be bees,, wasps bears , coyotes ,mice, ladybugs in our area and maybe you might find some roaming around the area\*\*\* Bring your bikes and fishing gear The use of the seasonal pool and pond are 15 minute walk and are already paid for your enjoyment, a license is \*needed for fishing \*. PLEASE READ. I have my apt above the barn and visit on certain occasions which is totally separate from the main property. The BARN and GARAGE is off limits for safety reasons. Parking on site for up to 5 cars 2 Outdoor screened gazebo with hammock and picnic table for additional eating area. Property is on a cut de sac so bikes can be ridden without danger. PROPANE, AND WOOD ARE NOT PROVIDED , WE PROVIDE THE TANK AND YOU CAN REFILL IT AT A NEARBY STORE. I am available on my cell so please give me the chance to make the necessary calls. It is secluded and yet convenient. It is a very well equipped property to accommodate a large family of all ages. We are a family of 12 and it was very comfortable for us, for sleeping, cooking, eating, and lounging. We played music on the porch enjoyed games in the game room and relaxed in the hot tub. The house had plenty of room for all of us. House was very clean and had everything you needed. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings enjoying the beautiful views. The kids loved the game room. We couldn't keep them out. Close to everything in the area. The neighborhood was quite and neighbor's were friendly. I stayed here with 10 other friends for three nights! It was a great stay, the kitchen had most of the things we needed as far as cooking implements. The property was clean and well supplied. The check in and out process was easy. One issue that may not be an issue for everyone is that the living spaces were a bit cramped at times. There wasn’t an easy way for all 11 guests to eat together unless we ate outside but we had to pull more chairs out there. Otherwise we had a great time! ##### Pollyanne S. A little smaller than the pictures make you believe. We had a couple hiccups but the owner gave us quick responses. The kids really used the game room. We all slept well. We did not use the hot tub. We stayed on the main floor mostly due to a few honets nest downstairs. We didn't mind. Part of our family used the pool area and they said it was nice. I certainly appreciated the owner allowing us to bring our small pets. I will say that I think the place could use a little TCL. The cleanliness was fair. The tile shower in the downstairs bathroom had a lot of mildew in it that we cleaned prior to using. The whole garbage situation was a little ridiculous. You had to drive 10 miles to drop off garbage or pay to have it picked up. Overall it was fine and we had a great time!! ##### Lisa A. House was perfect. The game room helped keep the guys busy. I was so happy to see a momma and baby bear. Be careful they are around. She ran in front of me scared me to death. Kitchen had almost everything you may need. Beds were comfortable. Bathtub on the 3 rd floor was a little high for me to get in because I’m short. Not really too much to complain about. The kitchen is small and difficult cooking family meals so we didn't. Our biggest concern was the beds. 3 of the 6 beds were virtually unable to be slept in. The box springs were so shot and "creeky" that a couple people had to seek out alternative sleeping arrangements. Definitely needs an upgrade in that area. I get that the house is at the foothills of the mountains and listed as rustic but the porch area housed many wasp and hornet nests that could and should be taken care of. We had an amazing week staying at this gorgeous rustic home for the week with our kids their families and our 2 grandchildren. It accommodated all of us. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The master bedroom top floor was wonderful. Two balconies at each end of the upstairs with awesome views!!!! The bed up in master bedroom was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on. Looking into getting same one for home!!! The first and second floor had wrap around porches with the second floor having big wooden doors on each end that latched. Perfect for the kids to enjoy running around or just sitting out there playing. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and game room every night Overall it met every thing we were looking for in a vacation home. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms, although the 4th bath is in a game room a few covered steps from the kitchen. There is an extra kitchen downstairs. Even if you don’t cook in, it’s nice to have an extra refrigerator for leftovers. If your bedrooms are downstairs, be aware the steps are a little steep. There are easier steps from the bottom floor porch to the kitchen. There is plenty to do. There are 3 floors of wrap around porches, screened porches, and balconies. There is a hot tub, games, outdoor grill, game room with pool table Pac-Man, refrigerator. It would be a great place anytime but I can somehow imagine several children playing up and down the outside steps, and exploring the yard. As the owner says, this isn’t a glamorous, luxurious place. It is rustic inside. But it doesn’t cost as much as a luxurious place. It is also easy to get to. Two obvious turns off Hwy 321\. Easy access to Townsend, Pigeon Forge. Easy access to the Smoky Mountains via Line Springs Rd. Come, bring the family and have fun. ##### Joy C.
