What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a griddle, blender, toaster, waffle iron, slow cooker, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, a Keurig, and a regular coffee pot. 4\. Can I cancel if the weather is bad? – Cancellations due to weather will not be refunded. 17\. How is the drive up to the cabin? – It is a 10 minute (3 mile) drive up the mountain. The roads are well maintained and paved. However, there are some steeper parts that are "scary" for some people. The driveway is paved and flat. 18\. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area, that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains. 19\. Is this cabin secluded? –This cabin is perched at the top of a hill overlooking the mountains. It's also located at the end of road, with no direct neighbors visible from any decks, so does feel very secluded. 20\. Was this area affected by the 2016 wildfires? – No. 21\. Where can I book? - We only accept bookings and payments on Vrbo and our "Heaven's Cabins" website. 22\. What TV package / channels do you provide? – We provide the highest package that our cable provider has. This includes premium movie channels and sports channels, including HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, TMC, Starz, Starz Encore, NFL Redzone, and all the sports Networks. 23\. What type of internet to you provide? – We provide unlimited cable internet with Wi-Fi. 24\. Do you ever reduce the stated prices – On occasion, if upcoming unsold dates remain, we may reduce prices for those unsold dates. That will already be reflected in the pricing that you see here. 25\. The amenities werr amazing, the space was very clean. The views from both decks were breath taking. Communication with Host was very clear concise. I definitely recommend anyone to stay here!! The property was clean, well organized, included plenty of towels, kitchen items, and extra linens. The views are stunning from the back decks. The upstairs space was the perfect hang out for our tweens. And the master bedroom/bathroom was a perfect retreat. I would definitely stay at this property again. It’s only a 7-10 min drive to Gatlinburg and Smoky Mtn National Park. ##### Megan B. Our family had a lovely, relaxing stay! The cabin was beautiful and very clean. I was also impressed with how well stocked the cabin was - they provided plenty of toilet paper, bathroom items like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc., and they even supplied a small bottle of dish detergent and a couple of dishwasher and laundry pods! The two game rooms were alot of fun for my kids. My husband and I loved spending time on the decks enjoying the hot tub and the view (see the pic I uploaded!). The cabin had breathtaking views, was fully stocked, and in the perfect spot. My family did not even want to leave the cabin until day 3 of our vacation! We even seen a bear at the cabin!! I kept seeing cabin nightmare stories and was so worried that this cabin would be too good to be true BUT this cabin was everything as described and even more beautiful in person than in the pictures! The house was just like the pictures and the view was beautiful. Our kids loved the game room and the upstairs setup was perfect for them to have their own space. It was close to town but tucked into a very quiet area. The home had everything we needed.
