Foothills Run is a charming cabin in Wears Valley, TN nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains offering breathtaking views. This location is close to all the action in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg yet far enough away to still enjoy a peaceful mountain experience. \~ 5 minutes to the entrance of the Foothills Parkway \~10 minutes to Great Smoky Mountains National Park - Metcalf Bottoms entrance \~20 minutes to Pigeon Forge \~25-30 minutes to Dollywood \~35-40 minutes to Gatlinburg KEY FEATURES: ☀ 2 Bedrooms + Loft; King bedroom main level (sleeps 2), King bedroom lower level (sleeps 2), loft with queen over queen bunk beds (sleeps 4) and trundle bed in game room (sleeps 2) ☀ 2 bathrooms; combination shower/bath ☀ Fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 6, with additional counter seating (3 stools) ☀ Cozy living room with real wood burning fireplace ☀ 6 person hot tub recently installed ☀ Cabin interior is \~1,700 square feet including the lower level ☀ Games - Pool table, darts, chess, checkers, puzzles and other rotating board games ☀ Outdoor park style charcoal grill (no gas grill) ☀ Access to neighborhood pool (open Memorial Day - Labor Day) and fishing ponds ☀ WiFi access and smart TV entertainment systems - Bring your own log ins (no cable)! PLEASE READ: 1\. Fresh linens and towels provided as well as a starter pack of k-cups, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, dishwasher pods and laundry pods. Hair dryer included in each bathroom. 2\. Hot Tub: The hot tub is drained, sanitize, and refilled with fresh water before every guest's arrival. Chemicals are added and balanced. Due to the high volume of fresh water, the heating process may still be underway at check-in. Depending on the outdoor temperature, reaching +100°F may take until late evening or overnight. We appreciate your patience as we prioritize hot tub hygiene. 3\. Cabin has central heating and air conditioning. It is on well water (with a full softening system) and septic. 4\. Outdoor surveillance on this cabin has four cameras all around the main deck and garage area. 5\. Use of garage and owner's closet is not permitted 6\. There is a 3% credit card processing fee for all cancellations. That means your refund will be 97% of the original booking amount if cancelled at least 30 days before check in. 7\. $300 security deposit hold (refundable assuming no damages) and signature on the rental agreement are required for booking. The terms in the rental agreement are not negotiable so please inquire if you'd like to read it before booking. Check in details, including the cabin access code, will not be provided until this step is complete. 8\. A late check out fee of $100 per every 30 minutes past 10:00am EST will be assessed to guests who do not check out on time. Standard check out time is 10:00am EST. 9\. Host promptly responds daily between 9am and 9pm. It definitely lived up to the listing name of majestic views. We had beautiful sunrises and the secluded cabin was peaceful with everything we needed. It is in a perfect location not far from Pigeon Forge as well as Cades Cove so we were able to do everything we wanted. Before our trip there was a possible issue with the roads and the owner was quick to contact me to let me know and keep me updated on the status. Luckily it ended up being a false alarm but the communication was greatly appreciated.
