Pool Room In the pool room, 8-foot-tall open windows and sliding patio doors allow you to move freely between the pavilion and the sun deck. The pool – the showpiece of the room – is a 25-foot-long, 14-foot-wide kidney-shaped pool with custom colored light effects, 3 1/2 - 5 1/2 feet deep. When you're not swimming, sit on the bench or relax in the large, open entertaining space with beautiful views of the mountains. Sun Deck The third pool house space is the sun deck, where you can soak up the rays on beautiful days. Accessible by the large sliding patio doors, it's great for sunbathing and relaxing while enjoying your awesome Smoky Mountain views. The place was amazing. Everyone enjoyed the two hot tubs and the indoor pool. There was so much to do there as it also had a pool table upstairs, an arcade downstairs, and a theater room. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep without being crowded. Lastly, it was spotless. Very clean! Located in a very nice area of other high end homes, the privacy was great. Within 2 hours of checking in, a black bear was walking through the side yard. TRIP MADE! We had a very large group of separate families and had plenty of room for spreading out. The kids enjoyed the arcade and pool table while the adults enjoyed the spacious living/dining room area for conversation and views for days. The home fit perfectly our families needs using all 10 bedrooms. The kitchen is truly well stocked with enough plates, glasses, dishware and all sorts of small appliances. The entertainment in the house (video games & theater room) helped to keep our young grandchildren entertained. The kids were having such a great time they never even went in the pool. Everything was 25-30 minutes away but very doable. Scenery was unbelievable! One thing if you stay here, do not let children go out by themselves. We had a mother and 3 cubs around which were cute! Also there was some sort of fan in the pool house that was so loud with no way of shutting it off so it wasn’t fun to be in the pool house. We loved that every room had a private bath and that eight rooms had King beds. The kids liked the bunk rooms too. The view from the three decks is amazing and everyone spent a lot of time there on the porch swing, in the hot tubs or just sitting and chatting in the many chairs. We did have a few issues, but the Property Management was quick to respond to any queries. There are several bears who visit the area daily so it's important to keep food inside the house and lock your car at all times.
