Spring Break

Our family loved the cabin and the location. Our girls took over 2nd level and had all the privacy they needed. We received a lot of compliments on the view from our pictures. We would definitely return to this cabin again.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Hilltop. Jane was extremely responsive and checked on us during our stay, even provided info on fun things to do and places to eat. The cabin was beautiful, spacious, and well stocked. This was our second trip to the Smokies and will definitely book this cabin again in the future!

Very nice place with spectacular Views!

We stayed with family and friends. Slept 12 comfortably nice room sizes and large wrap around deck! Host was great communicating, would definitely stay again!

This was my first time ever visiting Gatlinburg Tennessee, and I am very glad that I chose this property. The mountain views, the peace and quiet among other things was great for my weekend guys get away, even though I only stayed for a weekend. Beautiful home and location

The cabin its self was beautiful as well as the location. Had some issues with the tvs sent someone out to fix them. Only complaint was the air conditioning turned itself back up randomly so we got hot through the night. The cabin was beautiful and in a beautiful location. Would stay there again if we were ever in the area. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Wonderful stay

Hosts were great! Attentive but not enough to be bothersome. They even sent our group some treats & extra toiletries! That just blew us away! As we wrapped up to leave which was an easy process my Uncle said how blessed we were to have stayed here together & have such awesome memories! Cabin was beautiful! Hot tub was actually hot & clean. Space was great for all of us. Not to mention we all loved our beds which never seems to happen!

Great spot with a great view!

If you’re wanting to stay just a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist, but close enough! This is your place! Tucked away in the woods with an amazing view of the Smoky Mountains off the wrap around deck. Plenty of space to spread out your things and relax! Our only concern is that there was very limited space to walk a pet if needed! Very nice! Would book again for sure!

Wonderful cabin and view

This cabin comfortably sleep all 9 of us! We all greatly appreciated a bathroom for each bedroom. The view every morning and evening was stunning. We received a nice Instacart surprise in the middle of the week that thought of everyone in the cabin, popsicle for our 2 year old granddaughter were included. If we have a large group again we will probably rebook! Thank you for making this vacation special.

Family getaway

Views were amazing. Neighborhood quite but could use a common area with grass as there was zero options around this cabin to walk a dog without using another cabins grassy area for them to do their business. Also, on a very steep grade hill you have to climb, and I like a challenge and am in decent shape, but it got a little old. The cabin had a good cabin feel and deck was roomy with plenty of seating. Arcade didn't turn on, but my brother got it working. Jacuzzi didn't work but hot tub did. Bring extra toiletries and towels. The cabin on very steep grade hill and I couldn't see over my hood for a brief moment, so definitely not for the faint of heart. I don't think there are as many TV's as I saw in the pics but didn't check as we were out most of the time. Little updates could be made like adding a bigger skillet, extra kitchen towel, making sure hardware fixtures are not loose.

Family vacation

Communication with the host up until our stay was good. The location was easy to get to and the area was beautiful. Upon arriving at the cabin everything looked the be mostly as pictured. One thing we noticed right away was that 3 bedrooms were missing tvs. The VRBO listing showed pictures of each room, but the tvs had been removed. We messaged the host and received the response “we are in the process of upgrading. Sorry for the inconvenience..” Though this may seem minor to some, due to traveling 9 hours and being in the middle of the storm from hurricane Helene we at least needed some relaxation in our respective rooms. This VRBO was chosen specifically based on a bedroom space, bathrooms available, and tvs in bedrooms. After reaching out to VRBO the host did offer to give us a 10% discount which was very kind. Not long after this agreement, one of us went to shower in one of the lower level bathrooms, and was shocked to find over 50+ flesh flies. This was quite alarming and disgusting. I’m not sure if something died behind the walls in the bathroom or what, but not one of us felt comfortable sleeping in the lower level. I will add that I slept in the upstairs queen loft and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The pans for cooking in the kitchen were only 3 small sauce pans. So you may need to bring your own. After the flies were found we requested a full refund and the host agreed to do so which was much appreciated.
