I have been coming to the mountains all my life and I was so happy when my dreams came true with Smoky Bear Lodge. I want your experience to be the best possible and I hope our cabin with help make wonderful memories for your family. This cabin is owned by me and you will only deal with me no management company you can contact me at anytime during your stay and I will responsed and help in anyway.
SMOKY BEAR LODGE is a great place to enjoy a special weekend or a honeymoon. Also it is perfect for small family vacations and it is kid friendly with many games and it has a big yard to play in. ALL YOU NEED IS YOUR CLOTHES AND FOOD EVERYTHING ELSE IS HERE..............
When you walk in the cabin high vauled ceilings with large picture windows and it is all wood inside. There is a park style charcoal grill outside ready for hamburgers. There is a bench on the deck to enjoy the great outdoors. There is a large picinic table to enjoy a meal together. And there is a large wood swing that you can enjoy during your stay.

Smokybearlodge now has a brand new paved driveway for a easy in and out of the cabin there is room for 2 cars..and it is wonderful to walk on instead rock or mulch...***Also a brand new roof has been put on.

There is a picnic table outside near the grill for great family grill outs. and also a-swing to enjoy the view of the pond and everything outside has to offer.
FREE WIFI during your stay and LONG DISTANCE phone service during your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans everything to make a great meal during your stay.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, 32 flat screen TV with cable.
The living room is a open floor plan with a loveseat and a queen sized pull out couch. 32' TV and HD cable box.
The loft has 2 twin beds and a 24’ tv and cable. kids will love this area it has table with large checker games and many board games. There is a porch off of the loft area that has a seating area to enjoy the great outdoors.(wooded view). Also a Nintendo WII system with sports resort game.
The bathroom has a jetted jacuzzi tub/shower. Towels, wash clothes provided for each guest. 2 rolls of toilet tissue will be provided. There is a Full Size washer and dryer if you need to wash your towels or clothes during your stay.
The cabin has a full security system that you can use during your stay to ensure your safety during your stay at the Smoky Bear Lodge.

The cabin is clean and safe to come and stay for a great getaway!!!!!

During your stay please make sure you visit Cades Cove and enjoy all of the many waterfalls and nature hikes that the Great Smoky National Park has to offer. All of the many outlet shopping malls and many countless resturants for great food.

Great cabin, not far up a mountain, decorated with bears, loved it.

We throughly enjoyed our stay for a friends get together. Cabin was located in a great area, and not up a huge mountain. Would definitely stay there again..

The cabin was very clean and centrally located we had great time. The only thing I would say about the cabin that needs attention would be the toilet it needs an update it is the lower old style

My mother and 2 of my grandchildren celebrated my birthday in the cabin. Great location even got to see a bear cub while traveling to the cabin. Beautiful location and close enough to shops.Cabin had everything we needed Definitely will be staying again.

Short Vacation

My husband, myself, our 18 year old daughter, and our fur babies stopped her for a couple nights on the way home from Kentucky. This cabin is in a great location right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was super cozy and very well decorated. The host was amazing and super helpful!

Fantastic experience!

The property was exactly like the listing. The host was great with communication and instructions for the property. The cabin was exceptionally clean! The location is perfect for both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We will definitely be back!

Cute Cabin

Family of 5 enjoyed a 2 night stay. Kids loved the loft, & enjoyed walking down to the pond. Location was nice. Cooked a simple dinner one night with the dishes provided. Really liked having the ability to use washer and dryer.

Nice Little Cabin

The cabin was as advertised. It is quant and in a nice setting good for a small setting and allowed us to bring our small dog. Parking is good and located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Just far enough from the main strip, but close enough to get there easily. Overlooks a few ponds which was pretty.

Great cabin and location

Perfect for me and my husband. The cabin overall was wonderful! A few cob webs here and there and a small toilet were the only complaints, but otherwise great. Had everything you’d need, full equipped kitchen. It felt cozy and comfortable. Not too far from Gatlinburg and Piegon Forge which is great, it’s far enough away from the cities to feel like your in the mountains without being a long drive into them. Ponds in the lot next to cabin were nice. Would stay again!

Beautiful cabin!

The pictures online do not give this place justice. We came and left at a perfect time, narrowly missing a bad winter storm but able to appreciate a nice snowy landscape with a beautiful pond just steps away. Kim was an excellent host. She kept in contact with us and made sure we were safe and taken care of in preparation for the storm.

Just Ok

The cabin was cute and comfortable. Amenities were fine, and communication with the owner was great. At first look, the cabin looks clean, however after spending some time there you notice that there was a lot of dust and we found a toe nail on the bedside table. We did see a bear one night as we arrived back at the cabin, it was walking on the road down the hill. Overall, lovely little cabin, just needs a little TLC in cleaning.

Overall, the location between pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is excellent. The property itself is fine. We chose it for the location more than anything else. My only disappointment was the surrounding area. It is not picturesque. There is a junk yard across the street and no view to speak of. I think the price is fair though, given the location. We would book again, if in the area.

Cozy Cabin

Communication with owner was great! Booking was easy as well as check in. The cabin is exactly what pictures show, its cute and cozy and had what we needed for oir stay. The scenery from the porch deck was okay, not as much nature as i thought, but thats ok. The location was convenient. Overall the cabin was clean, a little bit dusty, and what looked like maybe dog fur on the rugs, but it honestly didnt bother me. If your looking for a cozy cabin not in the center of tourism but close to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg, then this would be a good option. We appreciated the opportunity to stay here , and our family had fun seeing Anakeesta in Gatlinburg and exploring cades cove and smokey mountain national parks

A Cabin By The Ponds

This is a clean well stocked cabin with easy access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin is low with no major hills to climb. There are a few curves coming in off the Parkway but take your time are you will be fine. We have stayed in Sky Harbor several times but this is our first time seeing a bear in this area. There are 2 ponds available to fish in if you are so inclined. The check in email is very detailed and made that process very simple. There are several drawers for storage in the bedroom. They had blankets and pillows in most of them but we took those out and had plenty of room for our clothes. There is no hot tub but there is a jetted tub in the bathroom. This is a nice cabin in a quiet location. A good cabin to relax in and enjoy the area.
