Private Putt Putt-Sleeps 8, 3 bed-2 bath + loft w/ twin bunks (3rd BR is the loft). Screened porch-private mini-golf-hot tub-arcades-fully stocked kitchen-High Speed Internet.

Your very own lighted and private Putt Putt course in the back yard! Mini-Golf putters of all sizes and golf balls are provided.

Location is just between Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg which makes it close to everything including Smoky Mountain National Park but yet private and secluded.

Our #1 goal is to make sure you have a 5 star guest experience. If you have issues, you will be talking directly to us (the owners) and not a rental agency or management company. We want you to leave the Smoky Mountains with a lifetime of memories with family and friends.

Roads are curvy and winding but not steep. Enjoy the scenic drive through nature and have your camera ready as the bears have been spotted many times on the way to the cabin! This cabin is close to everything but yet provides a peaceful quiet area where you and your family can enjoy playing putt putt or simply unwind in the hot tub. You'll love the screened porch for your morning cup of coffee as you hear the sounds of nature all around you. A little slice of heaven awaits you and your family.

FIRST FLOOR:
Living room w/ sofa and love seat and Smart TV
Full kitchen (cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, Keurig coffee pot and/or single serving, blender, etc) with Breakfast Bar (seats 4)
Access to screened porch w/ additional seating

Private Bathroom off the Owners Suite with walk in shower

Washer/Dryer off the kitchen area

LOFT: Log Bunkbeds, Arcade, game table w/ seating, access to upstairs balcony overlooking the putt putt.

UPSTAIRS BEDROOM:
Log Queen Bed and Dresser, Closet, Two narrow twin for the little ones (aprox 30 x 75 wide mattresses), Smart TV. Private Bathroom w/ Soaking Tub and Separate Shower.

SCREENED PORCH: Patio sofa and chairs to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine.

Access to the back deck to the Hot Tub , Putt Putt course, and grilling/picnic area.

FRONT PORCH: Rocking chairs

There are NO pullout sleepers or futons.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

PARKING: Roundabout Driveway for easy in/out. Room for 2-3 vehicles.

ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code the day before arrival.

GETTING THERE: The road is paved all the way from the main road to the cabin. Although there are no steep mountain roads, the road is very curvy and winding.
Many times on the drive, you will spot the bears, giving you that true nature experience. And....although snow here is rare, in the winter 4WD or AWD may be necessary

OUTDOOR GRILLE: A large park style grille is provided for your use. Bring your own charcoal. Please make sure to put ash inside the provided ash can.

TRASH: If you need to remove trash from the cabin make sure to put it inside the cans in the bear-proof container and secure the container (next to the driveway).

CRITTERS: There are critters AND bears in the area. If you encounter a bear do not feed it or try to approach them.

CHECK IN/OUT: We do not typically offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, we will. However, late check outs without permission accrue a $50 charge every 30 min.
Check in: 4:00pm / Check out: 10am

Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal, and coffee are NOT provided.

We provide a starter pack consisting of 4 dishwasher tablets, 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, 1-2 laundry detergent tabs, sponge and small container of dish detergent, 2 bathroom trash bags per BR, 2-3 kitchen trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 outdoor trash bags in trash cans outside.

The fireplace is shut down from April 1-October 1.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin. If you smoke/vape inside the cabin you will be charged $250, plus the increase in cleaning fee, plus any damages.

The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. No children under the age of 18 permitted at anytime without adult supervision. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed in the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR HOW RISK! Owner/host is not responsible for injury or accidents.

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind (including emotional support pets) you will be and additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.

Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 8. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities and a $250 fine by the host. You will also be asked to leave.

Absolutely NO fires! The HOA does not authorize outdoor fires except for the provided Charcoal BBQ Grille. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $150, plus damages.

No sidewalk chalk allowed.

Cell Phone Signal: There is high speed internet to connect to.

We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. We recommend travelers insurance especially during winter months.

Do NOT lean or hang on the railings.

Owner/Host is NOT responsible for accidents or injuries in the cabin and/or outside on the grounds of the property.
