It seems secluded while still being close enough to other cabins to feel safe. We even saw a bear just across the street! Communication with the owner was excellent, amiable, and quick. This cabin is just a short drive to all of the activities in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, the national park, and other Smoky Mountain destinations, while allowing you to get away from all of the traffic, lights, and noise at the end of the day. I cannot say enough positive things about this enchanting cabin in the mountains of TN. We traveled from Ohio to visit on a whim with our 2 children. 6 and 8\. My husband is a farm hand and we have cattle, chickens and goats to help tend too. We hadn’t had a getaway or a vacation in over 4 years. I LOVE TN and the mountains and I knew the kiddos would love Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. The cabin was easy to get too, clean, well stocked, and the property manager was excellent at communicating about our stay. He even checked on us during and after our stay. We arrived around St Patrick’s day and saw a momma black bear with 2 cubs directly off the front porch one evening as we arrived back from a day full of fun in Gatlinburg. We were able to relax in the hot tub, drink coffee on the front porch, and watch tv in front of the fireplace. If you’re looking for a CLEAN, WELL STOCKED, easy to get to cabin, THIS ONE IS IT!!!
