CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. EST. 2\. This is a NON-SMOKING cabin. Smoking is permitted on the deck, please discard cigarette butts in the proper place. If this rule is broken and we have a problem and need to remediate there will be a 250.00 fine to pay for such remediation. 3\. Minimum Age requirement - We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 4\. \*\*PAYMENT – We require a 50% deposit to reserve your dates and the remaining 50% due 14 days prior to arrival. Otherwise, half will be due upon signing the contract and half 14 days prior to arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the cabin rent. 5\. \*\*CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 6\. QUIET TIME – Quiet time is between 10PM and 8AM. If this quiet time is abused you may be asked to leave the cabin. Please respect your neighbors. 7\. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to seven (6) persons with four (4) adults’ maximum. 8\. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate. 9\. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. 10\. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however maid services are available at an additional rate. The view from the living room is beautiful. It is located in a great area. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. Owner is quick to respond to questions. It was clean and well stocked. No complaints! We had beautiful views and the location provided seclusion without feeling isolated. We had lots of fun playing rounds of pool, spending time in the hot tub, and making s'mores by the fire. The cabin was clean and well furnished. We were able to navigate Brother's Cove in our Honda Odyssey van, so the steep roads were manageable. We felt very safe here as well. ##### Leigh A.
