Great remote cabin at the top of the mountain with plenty of space for our family of twelve - even the dining table fit all of us! We enjoyed the movie theater room, pool table and hot tub. The main living room could use some more seating, possibly a love seat. There were two nice sized bedrooms on each floor, each with its own bathroom, and a half bath on the main living floor as well. The main and upper floors had baths with showers and the lower level had bathtubs only. If we were to travel to that area again, we would definitely consider staying there.
This was an amazing cabin!! From the details of the entryway the bedroom set up in placements and the amenities that they offered were incredible. Our group had the perfect time will definitely stay here again
Booked for a girls long weekend, and it was very nice! Would stay again!

Overall this is a very nice cabin. As with anywhere you go there were a few inconveniences but the property management was on top of everything and made sure our needs were taken care of. The only disappointment was the 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor do not have showers only Jacuzzi tubs. The cabin was fairly clean upon arrival. One of the basement bathrooms does smell like urine but my husband said it could have been from the p-trap and lack of use.
We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was beautiful and fully stocked for all our needs. It was so close to the venue which made it great. Thanks again!
The cabin itself was absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed the amenities. The only reason we were unable to give it 5 star was because the water didn't get hot for longer then 2 minutes and the jets on the tub in bedroom 4 didn't work. But overall it was amazing!
House was good sized and clean. Bedrooms were all spacious. Not close to any other houses. The large table fit our entire family for meals. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Pool table and hot tub got plenty of use. The media room was very nice to watch baseball & movies on.Could use better lighting in the main floor family room and other parts of the house. Main floor family room could use more seating (love seat?). One of the 4 AC units needs a recharge, was only pumping out slightly cooler than room temp air. Temps throughout the house varied. I heard grumblings about the wifi being slow, luckily it is near a cell tower and I had great 5G signal. Last night there, we had a bear walk fairly close to the house. He stared at us for a little while and then walked away.
The cabin was not clean. Dish drainer was discusting, no waste basket in the kitchen, cobwebs on the lamps, and very outdated bedspreads. There was even crusted food on master bedspread. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms but more upsetting to us was the drive to Pigeon Forge. It is a 30 minute drive through winding hairpin turns, I think we went a different way each time. This cabin is very secluded and not convenient to spending time in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. We will not be back to this rental.
If seclusion is what your looking for then
This is the cabin. The cabin is exactly as pictured. We had a group of 14 adults and had plenty of room for everyone. The rooms are big and spacious and the bed were comfortable. We had plenty of everything we needed to cook with in kitchen. We love the large hot tub, it sat 7 women very comfortably. The movie room was also a huge hit with our group but the internet was having issues and watching movies on Netflix or Amazon prime was difficult. The only issues we had were their was no iron-one side of the hot tub jets stopped working- the can opener did not work at all, the door knob on the door leading out to the back deck was very lose and about came off when we opened the door the first time. These things were small and didn’t hender our trip at all. We loved the cabin and we would definitely rent it again…

Look elsewhere until they work out the kinks...
We weren't impressed. Spent the first 4 hours of our trip cleaning.
Major cleanliness issues in the cabin overall.
Dishwasher is about to fall out of the wall and doesn't work very well.
Door locks in the master bedroom to the right that leads to the outdoors need to be replaced, it was a struggle to get them locked and they were NOT locked when we arrived.
No garbage disposal, which is weird for a new, more upscale cabin.
Appliances are dated and very worn.
Right sink clogged in master bedroom on main floor.
Shower not cleaned and had wad of hair in the drain in the master bedroom on main floor.
Bathtubs in lower level bedrooms not cleaned. Literally had a used makeup wipe in the tub. Gross.
All towels smelled like a mix of bleach and mildew and they're not nice towels, bring your own or plan to wash all of the ones they provide before using them.
Fridge leaks, we think it's coming from the freezer but can't be sure.
Had to wash all the dishes before using - they were put away dirty, like filthy. It could be because the dishwasher doesn't work very well, but whoever put the dishes away should have seen that before putting them in the cabinets.
Cabinets/drawers in kitchen are all in rough shape. Need to be sanded and refinished.
Decor is cute.
Theater room is comfy but hasn't been cleaned as there were wrappers in the cup holders. We sprayed the seats down with Lysol for the next guests who come.
Shower fixture in master bathroom to the right on the main floor needs to be replaced or finished - it looks like it's about to call out of the shower wall.
Extra blankets in the drawers hadn't been washed, had leaves and sticks stuck to them.
Downstairs bathrooms only have bathtubs - no showers, and they weren't clean.
Pool table was great and so was hot tub - you could smell the chlorine so we were confident that atleast that had been cleaned.
This is a very beautiful property. It looks small from the front, but it is very spacious and comfortable. This cabin in located on the very top of the mountain, which means you can see for miles. We had a blast!
This cabin was fantastic! It was privately located without being too far from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The accommodations were very comfortable and roomy. Our grandchildren could have stayed entertained for the duration of our stay without ever leaving the cabin!
