The deck offers a grill and outdoor dining.

* Deck space with both gas and charcoal grills (bring your own charcoal)

* Gas fireplace (fireplace season is Oct. 1—Feb. 28; gas fireplaces are turned off when not in season.)

* Washing machine and dryer
