Rocky River Lodge features over 3,000 SF of a luxurious 4BR/6BA lodge on a beautiful wooded 3-acre lot with 150 feet of river frontage on the Little Pigeon River.

The spacious floorplan allows for family and friends to gather in the family room, game room or on the decks. Each of the four primary bedrooms boast a king bed, private en-suite bath, and new 55" HD TV with Dish. Each level has a half bath off of the main living area, which is convenient and private.

Step outside to the deck, from any room, to enjoy the sights and sounds of the river. Soak in the private hot tub in the covered gazebo! Enjoy the firepit on chilly nights!

This beautiful getaway is located on the Little Pigeon River, one of the best trout and bass fishing rivers in the Smokys!

Things to be aware of:
*We recently installed Starlink for internet service, which is brand new to the area and we are on their "Best Efforts" program. We have not been able to try it ourselves. The speed test shows 80mbs which is fast for our location!

*The road and the driveway leading to the home is somewhat curvy and steep. But once you give it a go, you'll be a pro!

*Steps to the cabin - between the driveway and the front door are two sets of steps, 8 steps then 3 steps.

*The cabin sits directly above a nice set of rapids with calmer areas located up and down river. The steps and paths for river access are slippery and caution must be used, especially with children and elders. Explore at your own risk.

*Hot tub is for your enjoyment but should be used with extreme caution.

*River tubing is a ton of fun. Put in downstream, away from the rapids. Take out is at a small paved area off of 321, to the left as you leave the neighborhood. BYO river rafts, river shoes and life jackets. Enjoy at your own risk.

*Wildlife is abundant in a beautiful wooded, secluded area. Be aware that bears and other wildlife, including bugs, are a part of the Smoky Mountain woods experience.

*This is bear country. Keep all car doors locked and free of trash and food. Do not feed the bears.

*Due to the remote, wooded, and hilly location, there may be times where internet service may be slow or out for periods of time. Starlink is new to our area and is working great so far.

*Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.

*Pets are not allowed on the premises. This is our family home and our son is extremely allergic. Please no pets of any kind.

*Please be aware of weather conditions during your stay. We are not responsible for power outages, internet outages or maintaining the conditions of the roads, decks and driveways in the event of rain, snow, ice, etc.

*Please do not relocate any interior or exterior furniture.

*We cannot offer refunds for inclement weather, COVID, or extenuating circumstances. Trip insurance is highly recommended.
