Please note there is only parking included for TWO cars in the driveway. More than TWO cars are not allowed at the property at any time.

The driveway fits a maximum of two cars. Please do not park on the grass.

Unless accompanied by parents, all guests in this cabin must be at least 25 years old.

A starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, and toilet paper are provided. If your stay is longer than a couple days, you should anticipate having to buy more.

Food items, spices, coffee, filters, oil, salt/pepper, ziplocks, foil,etc are not provided.

Pets are allowed. We allow up to 2 dogs of 100 lbs or less each at this property ($135 for first dog and $65 for the second dog). Pets must be added in your reservation where you select the number of guests and pets.

**SECURITY DEPOSIT: Please note, your security deposit is a "hold" on your credit card, not a charge. Meaning the money will never be taken out of your account. It is released after your checkout if there's no damage or house rules broken**
