Guest access: Property is located in a gated community. Guest access the property via smart lock. Gate code to community and front door will be provided two days before check-in. We require all main guests a valid ID to be submitted via our online check-in form. Cabin is at an elevation in the mountains. Once you enter the gated resort, a winding road takes you up the mountain, with around half a mile of gravel road leading up to the cabin. (Please note that only the last half mile at the end is a gravel road). However, once you get to the cabin and see the breathtaking views from the deck, you will definitely feel it is well worth the drive. Please drive carefully. You can get to the cabin in a regular sedan or equivalent vehicle, however, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle in snow, heavy rain or storms or other adverse weather conditions if you are not used to driving in the mountains. The home provided us with a comfortable place to gather and make some great memories. The only thing that we would even slightly complain about, is that the beds were not very comfortable to us. Convenient to get into town. Less than a ten minute drive from Dollywood and great restaurants! The jacuzzi was great for the cold nights in December and the fireplace was wonderful to warm up by.
