Great place to stay close to everything! Plenty of space and gave room for my friends and I to spread out. Only comment is that you should bring your own towels the ones in the cabin are tiny haha!
Weekend was great cabin was awesome. Only thing we didn't like is a lot of light bulbs were out and outside little to no light. Hot tub did have any lights. Other then that we had a great weekend. Will return next year.

Was ok
Cabin was fine. Needs to be updated some. Kitchen needs new pans. Master bath needs mold spray. Hot tub was shutting on and off constantly. Road is steep but paved until you get to cabin then its gravel. We traveled with motorcycles so not a great place to stay if you bring them. Also yard needs to be picked up. The beds were comfortable and decks were nice. Dont leave anything, they wont find it.
From my client:
The setting and location of the cabin was very nice. We enjoyed the two decks. However, the cabin definitely needs a good bit of updating.
⁃ carpets are very old and have a smell
⁃ the downstairs mattress is like sleeping on a rock which led to a terrible night of sleep.
⁃ the downstairs bathtub has no faucet and has to be filled with the shower head
⁃ the downstairs bathroom sink is clogged and the toilet also was prone to clogging
⁃ the giant windows in the peak had an amazing view but the cobwebs were so thick it detracted from what you were seeing
⁃ the thermostat being downstairs meant the downstairs got very cold and the upstairs 2 levels were warm and stuffy
⁃ there were no tissues anywhere in the cabin
⁃ The updated appliances were nice but the cabin could stand a good bit more updating.
⁃ The windows were all dirty and some had full handprints all across them
⁃ The hot tub sprayed water out the waterfall section. It seemed like it was missing a piece.
We had a great time showing the in laws what the mountains are all about.

Comfy bed and pillows. Shower was great. Hottub was awesome. Kitchen was good. A.C was amazing. But there were tons of stink bugs. And some roaches. The location was alright. It does go up mountains and curves.
Not only was the location absolutely perfect between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but this cabin was big enough my family got togetherness AND we could be separate and not even be bothered by each other.
The place was perfect for us. Very convenient to get to places we wanted to go. Just a heads up for anyone who has trouble with stairs may not be the place for you. The 2nd level is the main floor. We really enjoyed our stay here!
We loved the cabin it was spacious and beautiful. The bed in the loft was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. It was close proximity to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Only a few negatives, but nothing major. 1 there were not enough towels provided either in the kitchen nor bath towels and 2 there were only flat baking sheets for the oven no cake pan or dish type.
The cabin location is perfect for pigeon forge and gattlinburg! The drive up the mountain beautiful! The cabin layout, not so great bathrooms are located either up stairs or down none located on main floor. The beds are rock hard, we stayed for 7 days and went and purchased a air mattress on day 3. The plugs in the kitchen kept tripping.

Meh
Roads to cabin were very narrow and winding Cabin was not very clean. Mold in bathrooms. Dust everywhere. Mattresses were not very comfortable. Chairs by fire pit very cheap and flimsy. Husband sat down and it broke, leaving him doing a few rolls down the hill Lots of minor things broken. Handle on freezer, downstairs blinds. Had 8 people checked in and they only had the 2 blankets on the king sized beds. Had to message to get more the second night. Felt that should be something checked on knowing 8 people would be staying. Location to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg was nice, right in the middle of both (despite the Sevierville address)
It was really hot the week we were there so it was nice to be able just to relax at the cabin and we had Games and the pool table and we could sit and relax on the deck for a little bit and go back in and enjoy the air. We got to see a bear so there was lots of wildlife, little tricky to get up the hills on a motorcycle to the cabin with all the curves but it was a beautiful place to stay.
We loved the cabin. The host company was very helpful. Loves the board games and the view from the third floor loft. Hot tub worked great. It’s close to pigeon forge. Up quite a large hill. We had to put our car in first gear the whole time but we figured it out. The cabin is a little dusty and the windows could use some cleaning but overall, great cabin for the price! Would definitely rent again!
We were never given the correct access code to the property. When we reached the property we couldn’t open the door. We tried reaching out to the host and took them more than two hours to respond and get is the correct access code. When we enter the cabin, there was no power again we tried reaching out to host and VRBO and it took forever for them to tell us that there is a power outage in the area and they assured that by evening power should be back. At around 9PM we decided to leave the cabin and were forced to find another place to live. The VRBO team is one the worst customer service we have ever experienced in the hospitality business. They were not even sympathetic to the situation along with the host. Sometime all your customer expects is a little decency. I would never use VRBO or this host for any future bookings.
I stayed here while my son played soccer in Gatlinburg. My son's team stayed right around the corner so the location was great. Easy access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was perfect. I loved the fire pit out front and the hot tub was great for relaxing. There is a beautiful pond about a mile away that is a great setting for a walk or fishing. Overall the cabin was fantastic. I would definitely stay there again.
Great time in a great place. Views were amazing. Had some trouble getting into the cabin and it did take a hot minute to get us in. Other than that, the whole place was spotless. They provide a little bag that has paper towels and dish soap among other things. Overall just a great experience!
Stay was wonderful, Bears where playing every day. Just that there was no Salt and Pepper in the shakers. Only got Three trash bags, and paper towels where lacking and also toilet paper. Cabin was beautiful but driveway a little tricky. Overall a great experience in the Smokey’s
