You will need to clean up after your pet both inside the cabin (hair) and outside. This is not part of the cleaning service. 4\. Third party bookings are not allowed on VRBO and will not be accepted. \--------------------------------------------------- OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE: • This cabin is best suited for 6-8 adults max, couples, one family, or two families with small children for a total of 9 guests or less. 9 adults would likely not be comfortable due to sleeping arrangements in only three rooms and two bathrooms. • Check in and check out times are firm. • BYO firewood, charcoal, and matches. • This is a brand new cabin and area and as such, no WiFi is offered because no internet services are available in the area. Cell service is great though. • It's not uncommon to encounter wildlife in the mountains. There have been visits from deer, bear, and turkeys. • Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Please respect this or you'll be asked to vacate. • Sneaking a cat in or an unauthorized dog or other pet will result in a $200 fee. • Parking accommodates about 3 cars on a long, steep driveway. • We do not offer refunds for weather related incidents. Please purchase travel insurance. • The entrance road is steep and curvy, but paved - like most mountain roads in the area - our little Honda handles it like a champ! Drive it once and you'll realize it's a breeze. 4x4 is recommended in snowy weather. • Because this is the mountains, there will be bugs and other creatures. The Mountain View and the deck was incredible. The hot tub was sparking clean and the twinkle lights were perfect for a romantic ambience. The inside was very comfortable and the beds slept great! Very well decorated. Great location relative to Pigeon Forge without being in the chaos. Very private. Great views from the large deck. The twin master suites were very roomy with modern baths. The BEST mattresses we've had at a VRBO and we're really picky when it comes to that. Oh, and the hot tub was great...very clean and perfectly hot. We really appreciated the care shown by the owner and she was super quick to respond to any communications. Highly recommend and will definitely book again next time we're in the area. My husband and I have never been to Gatlinburg so I planned a weekend trip. The cabin was very nice. It’s pet friendly and that was a plus for me bringing my fur baby. I was worried about the driveway but it wasn’t as steep as I thought. The turn around is tight but can be done. We were on a F150\. The is a fire pit which we used once night and we brought our own fire wood. The hot tub was the best part to me. I would definitely recommend adding the outdoor party lights to the deck. There was a coffee pot and coffee but there was no coffee grinder to use to make the coffee. The cabin is stocked with appliances but you will have to bring your own condiments. The shower was great and the hot water worked fantastic. The cabin is conveniently located 10 mins from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so that was a PLUS! Our 13 year old loved the loft upstairs with the Nintendo and all the games. The location was out of town but close enough to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Host is very responsive. A short drive away to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and Seiverville itself is trying to get on the map. But far enough away yo feel away from it all. House was pristine. Super clean with all amenities needed. We cooked dinner at the canine two of the four nights there. Used the hot tub every night. We will rebook the property if we come back! ##### Sara W.
