Anjo's Hideaway has a tankless hot water hot tub free Wi-Fi and EV charging. n nThis secluded 2 king bedroom cabin is the perfect getaway you have been needing. Whether it is the weekend or a honeymoon this secluded cabin offers the finest Smoky Mountain experience. You can relax in the hot tub or gaze at the breathtaking views of the Smokies while enjoying the gas fireplace and comfortable great room. nYou will find both Keurig and Mr. Coffee style coffee pots some k-cup pods in different flavors sugar and sweetener packets also some snacks to start your stay. There is a basket of beach towels for the hot tub hand pump soap at each sink small soap packages paper towels. 2 new toilet paper in each bathroom dish soap and dishwasher pods. nThe Shagbark Community has a 24/7 manned security gate with a texting system to keep guests aware of safety and helpful community information. You will find 2 common areas available to you at no cost. The meadow pavilion area by the creek has walking trail dog park playground Frisby golf tether ball pavilion with picnic tables and a small putting green. Further along N. Great Cabin, Great Trip

Anjo's Hideaway was the perfect spot for us to spend our week off. The cabin was situated on the side of a mountain, and the roads leading to it were very steep, but it made for excellent views and a quiet stay.

Great place

Great place to stay, the owner kept me updated about the floods, it was clean, stocked on everything. Great location. The only thing was I wished it had ceiling fans in the bedrooms!

Great Cabin

Enjoyed my stay very much. Very comfortable and hidden away from city. Amazing views to mountains and we even saw a bear! The rooms were very clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend to any families looking to get away from the cities.

Great little place tucked away on a hill!

Overall it was clean and just as decribed. The driveway was a bit difficult to navigate due to limbs needing to be trimmed back but otherwise it was a great placed to stay.

We loved our stay here!! The cabin is perfect and cozy. Hot tub was amazing. Beautiful woods and mountain views. So peaceful yet not far from all sorts of fun activities!! Will stay here again!!

Amazing!

The cabin is fantastic! We had the best, most relaxing, trip ever. We enjoyed the hot tub, fireplace and amenities. The beds are comfortable and the atmosphere is so relaxing. The Mountain View is wonderful! I am re-booking this cabin for my future stay in December right now!

Great Cabin

Great views and right amount of seclusion!

We loved the views and its location. It was spring so no leaves meant we could see other cabins. I bet once the trees blossom you can't see anyone. That's exactly what we loved about this place. We'll be back that's for sure.

Gorgeous Secluded stay

We absolutely loved our stay here. We spent several nights and felt right at home. The computer system glitched and the property manager drove up to make sure we got in and even led the way to the cabin before waving goodbye. We were so appreciative of that personal touch! Gorgeous views. Hot tub was perfect. My kids loved the loft and the gaming system in the bedroom.

Family time

The property was very clean. A little difficult to locate after going through the gate. My GPS was actually accurate in helping us find it. Very peaceful other than a new cabin being built at the bottom of the drive. The workers enjoyed playing music and singing loudly.

Big Hassle Look-Out

This is one to be cautious about. Cabin location is very steep, small parking area. Inside was dated except for bathrooms. Furniture has many stains, need replacing, tvs good, kitchen good. The place needs a good cleaning. Deck was nice and hot-tub worked good.

The views were great and there was plenty of deck seating. The cabin was located in a gated community down a long narrow road. We were in a F350 dually and it required a couple of 2 point turns. Doable but I wouldn't want to try it after dark. My biggest disappointment was the 2nd "bedroom". It was a loft room opened to the downstairs area.

Property as described in great location

Enjoyed a 4 night stay during peak autumn colors. The cabin is private, but not too far from Pigeon Forge. Communication with owner was timely and clear, and property info was easy to follow. Property could use a bit of TLC as age and wear is showing in the furnishings and kitchen cabinets, but didn’t impact any thing beyond appearance. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans plus coffee and incidentals like sugar and creamer.

1st annual bikeweek / last minute getaway

The property was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and had amazing views. Wish we would have stayed longer. Great location away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to still be able to go into town and enjoy all that Pigeon Forge has to offer. There is definitely bears in the area as they did mess with our bikes. But I am not mad about that. Your deep into the mountains and the forest so bears are inevitable. Would definitely recommend!

Weekend Getaway

Our stay was wonderful. The communication with Cathy was easy. We had an issue with the fireplace not working and she was out to assess and had a service man there within 30 minutes and it was fixed within the same hour. The communication from Shagbark regarding the incoming weather was very informative. The roads up the mountain can be challenging (which is to be expected traveling UP A MOUNTAIN!), but just make sure you follow Cathy's directions and you will be fine. Take it slow. Traveling up the mountain in daylight your first time up is recommended. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

Suggestions

Overall the cabin was as described and we had a great weekend. We even saw a small bear the last night!! The view from the living room is beautiful, but the big windows could have been cleaned. The toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom is very loose. The downstairs mattress might need replacing. The hot tub has tape on the corners & is not very inviting since it is the first thing you see as you are going up the steps.
