In other words, the king bed located in the open loft floor is considered the "second bedroom"; please understand, one out of the two bedrooms in this cabin does not contain a door that allows for any privacy from the rest of the floor. \- Not a secluded cabin. Due to being located in a resort setting, there are neighboring cabins to be mindful of. \- Cabins are easily accessible year-round as the roads are well maintained by the resort staff to provide stress-free travel to all guests. The resort features inclined roads that are paved, wide, and do not require special vehicles or four-wheel drive to navigate, however, should a four-wheel drive vehicle be accessible to you, it would benefit our guests to drive that vehicle when visiting during the winter months in case of snowfall, to be able to access other parts of town comfortably. \- Overlooks Dollywood Amusement Park; During Dollywood's hours of operation, expect to hear the Dollywood train horn sound off often. \- Offers an electric fireplace on main level and second level that is for ambiance purposes only. This allowed an overwhelming amount of centipedes/millipedes into the cabin. Each night they would come out, and this is common with a moisture issue. The air hockey table was damaged, not an issue with our stay but some of the items like that could use a little attention. It is in Starr Resort but it is very quiet and the cabins are not on top of each other. You get to see the nightly Dollywood Fireworks show which is beautiful. Very easy drive up yet beautiful views of mountains. Hot tub worked nicely and was clean. Jacuzzi tub was nice and clean. The upper bedroom/gameroom is large. Arcade and pool table were nice. The air hockey game has seen better days and the scoring mechanism is broken so not really fun. The kitchen is very small but works, however do not expect good cookware as there is none. Colander was rusted so keep in mind if you are needing to drain pasta or what not. Kitchen is not for gourmet cooking or for home chefs...more for cooking frozen pizza. No wine bottle opener and the cooking utensils are from dollar tree but work. They leave plenty of tp, soap, little shampoo, obe load of laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, and one roll of paper towels. No pan scrubber, only 1 wash rag. There are 2 towels for the hot tub and then only 4 - 5 bath towels in the whole place so keep in mind. Our upstairs bedroom had hair all over sheets and pillow cases so we had to wash them as it made me gag, but overall the place was clean and dust free. The surround sound downstairs did not work. The outside charcoal grill is the campsite type with no cover so good only for hotdogs and burgers. Renting through their direct website is A LOT cheaper than thepugh VRBO so keep in mind...we wasted almost 200.00 because of this. Staff was nice and quick and check in is right across from resort so its quick. Water pressure was fair in the showers and the cooling system worked great (we are from MS so these things are important). Parking was plentiful and easy right up to the steps, all paved. Cute animals made out of the towels was a cute touch. Plenty of garbage bags are provided. Wine glasses are also available. A cap on the hot tub is missing so one neck massager unit does not work but didn't both us. It was clean so that's more important. I would rent from outragepus cabins again. The cabin was very nice and clean but I was disappointed in the fact that a person has to stand up to enjoy the great view. Sitting down, the thick log railings obstructed the view. Additionally, the pictures make it appear there aren't any cabins close by but there are. If you don't mind those things, I would recommend this cabin. Good people to deal with. The view was wonderful and it was easy access and a quiet neighborhood. We gave it 5 stars for the cabin and the proximity to Pigeon Forge. The only drawback - we did not receive information on what was provided for the cabin until we checked in and felt rushed to sign-in and get us out the door. Upon arrival at the cabin, we read the material given us and this is when we found out linens were provided for one day only. Also, if anything was broken, we were supposed to notify the office immediately. I called to let them know of several things that were broken and mentioned the towels and the response was that there was a washer and dryer and this was not a hotel. My husband and I were a little surprised by this response, however, we did not let this ruin our vacation. Beautiful property and good location! ##### Jackie M. My family of Five (My husband age 25, me age 32, our children ages 16, 7, and 3 all enjoyed this home and we were talking about it for weeks after we left. We slept fine and the location was just stunning. The only thing we wish we would have known was that there is no door separating the game room and the bed upstairs..This made it difficult for my husband and I to have time alone without the children constantly wanting to come upstairs and my son wanting to use the hot tub while we were trying to rest. Only other flaw that is an easy fix is that the pots and pans need to be updated. We absolutely adored everything else and the quality of this property. Would highly recommend! ##### Natalie G. This cabin far exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spotlessly clean. The appliances, furniture, décor were top notch quality and very tasteful. The view was incredible! We have stayed in other Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge cabins for many years and will return to this particular cabin again for sure. I came back to work much more relaxed and told all my co-workers about this cabin and your company in general. Thanks again for such a relaxing visit! ---
