A BEARY TALE is an incredible one bedroom, one bath fairy tale like cabin, with additional loft sleeping, ideally located in the Smoky mountains, between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and only 2.5 miles off of the main road (Hwy 441 - The Parkway). Our elevation is at 1,742 ft.

Just minutes away, you will find many attractions in Pigeon Forge such as Dollywood, Dixie Stampede, Splash Country, The Island and The Mill. In the other direction, you will find Gatlinburg's Anakeesta, The Sky Bridge, Old Smoky and Sugarlands Moonshine, Ripley's Aquarium, Jason Aldean's and Old Red's, as well as many outstanding restaurants and events.

Don't forget Ober Gatlinburg for winter skiing, ice skating and snow tubing. Have fun hiking in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Enjoy browsing the quaint shops along the strip in downtown Gatlinburg and visiting the Arts and Crafts Community.

Amazing Birthday weekend

Cabin was very clean. Hot tub was amazing and so very relaxing after a day of hiking. Definitely recommend this cabin. Can't wait to come back.

The Beary Tale Cabin was exactly as described. Spacious, cozy, clean, well decorated and furnished with anything you may need or forget! Perfect for a little family or a weekend for two. Location makes travel easy to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.

A beautiful cabin, great for families.

The cabin was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It’s conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, with a short drive to both. My kids enjoyed the air hockey table, Pac-Man machine, hot tub and bear decor. I would definitely book again and recommend to others.

Great Time

We absolutely loved the cabin from the moment we arrived. The driveway is a bit of a struggle but we managed it. The cabin itself was clean and ready to go. We would definitely book again.

The pictures do not do this cabin justice! Perfect for our family of 4 and great location with easy access to hiking the national park as well as visiting town.

The hot tub was relaxing and clean. The chemical balance seemed fine. The inside of the cabin was very nice and clean. The owners of the cabin are very fast to reply to any concerns which there were only a couple. Just a couple simple things. One thing, unless you are staying in the summer or fall I would check with the owner about climbing the sorta steep hill/drive getting to the cabin. I lost traction once before I realized not to slow to a crawl coming up the drive. You get used to it after a couple times. The cabin is pretty well secluded and quiet. Anyway you can view the photos for yourself. Looks like what’s in the photos. Thank you owners of the cabin. We enjoyed our stay.

Beary cute cabin!

The cabin was so nicely decorated and had a lot of privacy! We enjoyed using the hot tub while gazing at the stars. We would rent this cabin again sometime soon!

Absolutely Fantastic!!!

This super cute cabin has everything you could want. Great bedroom for mom and dad and a great loft for the kids! Very close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay again!

Thanksgiving Trip

The cabin was everything it was listed to be. A nice smaller cabin that was perfect for our family of 4. The element in the hot tub went out (which is of course nobody’s fault), and they had the spa people out quickly to replace the element. We would definitely stay again

Very nice cabin

The cabin was very clean. I had trouble with the electronic door lock. I messaged the owner and they messaged back in like 30 seconds. It looks exactly as described. Everything worked inside the cabin. Had video games and a air hockey table. We had a great time.The road up to the cabin is rough at night time as there are no street lights. Google maps takes you right to the door. Would stay again. My wife loved the bear theme.

Comfortable and cute

The cabin overall was comfortable and well equipped. We liked the overall feel and comfortable bedrooms. However it could have been quite a bit cleaner… there were plenty of cobwebs and white socks on those floors were a bad idea. The bedding was a little musty smelling. Even with all that it was a nice stay.

Suprise birthday getaway

Everything was just as described or better! Exceeded all my expectations. Husband said this was the best little vacation spot ever. Private yet not to far from everything you want to do. The driveway is very steep as described and had no problems navigating there especially with the writen directions provided. Comfortable master bed (didn't use upstairs beds). Look forward to coming back again.

29th Anniversary

We had or grandson with us, which was unexpected. He is 3 and He absolutely loved the “bear house” in his words. He was so relaxed and comfortable, it made our stay even more relaxing and so so special!!! We loved the house! We loved the setting! We loved the nice, coziness of the cabin!! We have no complaints at all, only praise! Seeing the momma bear and 2 cubs were icing on the cake!!

Jeep Invasion 2023

Stayed at this property during the 2023 Jeep Invasion and had an excellent stay. From start of booking, through to checkout. Would highly recommend this to anyone. Would definitely stay again. Clean, well maintained, if you don't like kritters of nature, then this isn't for you. Seen Mama Bear and cubs our first night, what an exciting treat that was. Playing up in the trees, and possibly snacking on leaves. Again, great stay and thank you for having us.

Cutest Cabin Ever!

My daughter and I came here for a mother/daughter weekend prior to her going off to college and this was the cutest cabin ever. The fairytale theme furnishings are adorable and it is really very comfortable. It was very clean. The hot tub was relaxing. The location is perfect... seems to be perched perfectly between Pigeon Forge and Gaitlinburg, so you can go either direction and be in either town within a few minutes. Even though it says it is one bedroom, there are 2 beds upstairs in the loft. This place could sleep 6 people easy and comfortably without using the couch. Our host was very friendly and communicative. We would definitely recommend!
