Enjoyed the hot tub, firepit and game room. Very family friendly setup. We had 9 people. The pre-teen slept on the sofa bed. The Food City store was very close and convenient. Most of the area activities were about 30 minutes away depending on traffic. Good place for a multi-generational gathering. Guests can get firewood and charcoal at Food City.

Perfect getaway location!

Everything about this property and owner was perfect! The location is close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Back roads allowed easy access avoiding traffic into town. Nice quiet area and beautiful, clean home. The owners were accommodating and our group would love to return to this property. Thank you for making our fall getaway a great experience! Hope to return next year!

very nice house, plenty of kitchen supplies. everything you really need. 1 thing that we all noticed and were not crazy about is that there are no closets for hanging clothes. lots of construction going on in a new housing development so a little loud early in the morning. this will pass eventually. great location overall.

This house is beautiful and very clean! Checking in and out was a breeze. The kids loved the game room and activity center. It was a little tricky finding the neighborhood as it is a new construction and doesn’t come up on gps. If you click the link for the address in the email it will take you to a different address. We did have to deal with sights and sounds of new construction, but we were aware of this ahead of time so it wasn’t a surprise. The beds were very uncomfortable and none of the adults slept well during our stay. This was really the only negative feedback from our trip, so overall we had positive experience. Thanks for having us!
