We provide a starter set of essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, paper towels, etc.) to kick off your stay. Please note that daily housekeeping is not included, and these items will not be restocked during your visit.

► Road Access
The cabin is a quick 1-minute drive off a main road on a quiet, paved road that’s narrower than a typical two-lane street. There is also one moderate hill on the way, but it’s nothing like the steep mountain roads you might find elsewhere in the area. It’s easy to navigate for all standard vehicles.

► Grilling & Fire Pit
Charcoal, firewood, kindling, and lighters are not provided. You're welcome to use any supplies left behind by previous guests.

► No Third-Party Bookings
Primary renter must be staying at the property for the entirety of the reservation.

► Pool Towels
We provide bath towels, but not pool towels, so please bring your own if you’d like towels specifically for outdoor use.

► Hot Tub & Swim Spa Safety
Guests are fully responsible for the safe use of the hot tub and swim spa, especially when children are present. Please supervise children at all times while using these features.

► Wildlife Awareness
You’re in the Smokies, home to bears, raccoons, and other wildlife. To avoid attracting animals, always place trash in the secure outdoor garbage cage. If you need a trash pickup during your stay, just let us know a day in advance so we can coordinate with housekeeping.

► Restricted Areas
The area under the deck and the crawl space are not accessible to guests. Please keep out of these areas for safety and maintenance reasons.

Property was definitely A+. Beginning start up supplies was more than generous, clean and well equipped, and privacy was especially appreciated. Pool table, hot tub and arcade games a big plus for all. Definitely on my list to visit again.

We had a great few days at the property. Conveniently located to anything you wanted to do in Pigeon Forge, and nicely tucked away for privacy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Wish we had more time to stay.

Amazing

Such a great quite place for my family self to stay very clean. The kids really enjoyed the gsmes and us adults really loved the pool table and hot tub. We will definitely be back.

Fall Break Relaxation

Much needed getaway for fall break with my kids. It was fun and relaxing and just what we needed after a super busy sports season! The kids loved the game tables and the hot tub. Definitely a hidden gem!

Cozy cabin

The cabin was very clean and the property manager was quick to answer with any questions or concerns we had. We received some snow giving us uncertainty of our departure but she was quick and u distancing willing to work with us in timing of departure to insure our safety. My kids loved the space and pool table/arcade games.

Beautiful cabin

Cabin was beautiful. Location is great. Close proximity to everything. Seating area in main living space is limited/not the most comfortable, but overall the cabin is great for parties of I’d say 5-6 people. Very clean and spacious.

A nice getaway!

The cabin is nestled in the woods on the mountain but is close to many attractions and trails. The place is very clean and we did not need anything. We would definitely recommend it.

The cabin was just as described. Loved the back porch and screened in porch. You felt you were away from everything yet only a short drive to all. I would highly recommend this cabin for a family. We will be back if available.

Clean cozy near Dollywood

We were passing through and decided to book this place for 2 nights and do a day at Dollywood. Let me tell you what. This place was perfect. Tucked away just a few minutes (5 or so) from Dollywood. Tons of places to eat and other things to do. The property was very clean and setup extremely well. Great place and I will return. The owner was very good with communication and would highly recommend a stay here.

Sweet open cabin with central living and eating area. We enjoyed the screened in porch, hot tub and fire pit on this private property. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware, dishes and appliances. The kids (teenagers to low twenties) enjoyed the arcade games and pool table.

Perfect location

The home was as described. Very clean and nice. Kitchen well stocked with extras you usually do not get in VRBO homes. The best part was that everything we wanted to do was a short drive. We have rented cabins before where we were 20 miles and 48 minutes from anything. This was private and quiet but close to everything. Loved it we plan on going back to same home!!!

Our favorite property

Over the years we have stayed at many Homeaway locations but we were all in agreement this was our favorite. I loved the layout; everything on one level with a separation of bedrooms. The kids loved the entertainment options: Fooseball, pool, hot tub, even an old fashioned arcade table. The hosts provided so many extras: 4 pillows for each bed, an instapot, grill, fire pit, everything. It was close to Dollywood and we were able to “Doordash” meals. We’d love to go again and stay longer next time!

Close to all the fun!

My MIL rented this house for the week after Christmas so that all of her children/grandchildren could be together. We had a great week. Staying all together in a home is so much better than getting a lot of separate hotel rooms. We didn't cook there but all supplies were available. Everything was as expected and the communication was top notch.

Great Cabin!

We are a senior couple. Our adult daughter and son in law were there to help. My husband has difficulty walking. The single story made everything so much easier! We spent a lot of time on the back porch. I will be sure to recommend it to everyone! Everything was so clean and new. Thank you so much for such a great place to stay!
