Great place to stay. Far enough from Gatlinburg to nor be crowded close enough to drive no problems. Its quiet and the creek flow is peaceful. Firepit and smores were awesome.
We were looking for something outside the city. This location on the river was beautiful, private and comfortable. We especially like the sleeping arrangements. Plenty of beds for everyone. We would definitely book again.
Great cabin for a short getaway! The layout worked great for two couples with the bedroom each end. The location by the river is amazing! There is a huge swimming hole that would be great in the summer. A couple things to consider are: it is an older cabin and while we loved it, a little tlc in some areas is needed. Also no dishwasher so plan accordingly.
We loved it and will definitely be back!
We loved staying at this property. It was much larger than we expected, and we especially loved that there were two full or bigger sized beds in every additional bedroom. Loved the big backyard and most of all, the easy access to the river where we could wade, fish, sit in our chairs and read, jump off the rocks in some places, and float. It was a relaxing stay in an absolutely beautiful area. The property manager was quick to address any questions and was going to bring more forks when we figured out that we were short. Great place for families to play and relax!!!
My husband and I wanted a weekend get together with our two grown children and their significant others. We brought our two dogs as well. This was the perfect place. Close enough to Gatlinburg for a quick trip into town but quiet and fairly secluded. There were a few other cabins nearby but only saw one neighbor. With the river in the backyard, it was a wonderful spot for our son to fish while everyone else waded and played. Unfortunately the weather was not the best the last two days of our stay, but the cabin was spacious enough for all of us to hang out together inside and not be on top of one another. There was plenty of seating around the table for us to sit and play games, plenty of kitchen supplies for us to cook a big supper one of the nights, and a large dog crate for when we went out and needed to leave the dogs at the house. We will definitely be back when possible.
The cabin was very spacious and with split bedroom plan worked perfectly for our group. Loved the outdoor space for our furry kid and we all enjoyed the river
This is a cute and very spacious cabin , has a very thing they said it had , we did take our own towels and kitchen spices, it has two bbq charcoal grills , there is a laundry room at the end , there is a little grocery store for forgotten items , a wonderful river out behind the cabin , corn hole game, a picnic table great place
Only thing is the pots and pans need replacing bc they are in terrible condition. Non-stick coating is flaking off.

2023 Vacation
Website description was not accurate, cabin looked newer in the pictures than what it really was. Coukd use some remodeling. Pots and Pans were nit the best. Creek that flows behind the cabin was great though and has a very spacious back yard.
We went to Gatlinburg to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday. Spacious cabin for the 7 of us. Creek in the back was fantastic for the kids. Cornhole and fire pit with firewood made for a fun camping experience roasting marshmallows - they even provided the roasting sticks too! Beds were comfortable. Pictures made the cabin look newer than it actually is. The place is a little dated and could use a few minor repairs (nothing that inhibited our stay) but was clean and met our needs. In a good location too. I would recommend the next guest bring paper plates because there isn’t a dishwasher so hand washing for a large group for several meals is time consuming.
Bedbugs my daughter got bit up. The place smelled of mildew where the pots and pans ,roaches the place was aged directions were horrible.not as advertised. Toilet paper towel limit we where told I can tell you where to get cheap toilet paper. Wouldn't change linen after blood from bedbugs

Musty moldy and outdated
We were very disappointed in the condition of the cabin. As soon as we walked in the cabin smelled musty and moldy. The blinds are warped and extremely dusty. The couchs are old and torn. The shower curtain and rugs are stained. We were not able to hang our clothes in the closet as they smelled strongly of mold. When i opened the kitchen cabinet to get a pot to make dinner there was mold in the cabinet. I was embarrassed that i had chosen this cabin for our family vacation.
