Long Springs Tiny Homes has a great location in Sevierville out of the busy tourist area but close enough to enjoy. It is 15 minutes to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 min to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip. Click this link to see Video Tour of the property. The space Come enjoy the gypsy camp at long springs. The caravan tiny home has a queen beed and two twin beds. It has a large soaker tub and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It has a bright colorful vide that we know you will love. We have the units grouped with three others to encourage multiple families traveling together and also providing the opportunity for guests to meet and enjoy each other company. There is a shared charcoal grill and picnic tables close by for all to use. Guest access We really encourage outdoor living in the Smokies so we also have a shared charcoal grill and picnic tables close by for all to use. In the common area you will find relaxing hammocks, picnic tables, corn hole, horse shoes, fire pits and a playground. There is a local Neighborhood Walmart or Food City very close place to pick up fire wood or charcoal. To be able to fully enjoy the outdoor space during the summer months, we recommend bringing some bug spray. Interaction with guests We are not onsite, however you can message or call us if anything comes up during your stay and we can get you taken care of. After booking you will be given self checkin instructions and lock box code to be able to enter your home. A guest book with additional information will be located in the home. Other things to note We do have Pack 'n Plays available. Let us know if you need one and we can have it in the cottage. NO SMOKING of any kind in the homes. If smoking outside make sure all doors are closed so no smoke gets in. If smoke smell is found in the home guests will be charged a $500 fee. We stayed in one of the Gypsy cabins. (Myself my daughter and her two girls 6&8) Only thing to warn future guests about 1) the refrigerator doesn't keep things very cold but my daughter said those types of refrigerators usually don't -- they're kind of like coolers 2) the trees near the playground had poison ivy vines very thick if you're a person that's allergic to it be careful Neither of these things hindered our fun Cabin was clean, safe and in a very fun family friendly location LOVED common area.
