I was worried about this property not having a bathroom en suite, but the host and property manager made me feel better and made the stay amazing. The people and service were great, the cabin super cute and cozy and the location beautiful. The only drawback was that they charged me $5,ooo for the deposit, which was strange. But it then took over 2 weeks to get a refund. Usually the deposit is only taken if there was a problem during the stay.

Our family enjoyed the little cabin we rented in that it was spacious and had a deck that faced the beautiful Sevier river. We did not like that the bathroom was public and in a central location. We also did not like that the public showers charged a fee to use, 25 cents for 45 seconds of water usage.

Scenic cottage

Super cute cabin with an amazing view. There’s a river steps from the cabin. Mountains circling the entire area. Clean bathrooms, comfy lodgings and friendly, helpful staff.

The hostess is very pleasant to work with. The location is very nice next to the river. The cabin is nearly new. All furnishings in excellent condition. The restrooms are about 75 yd away, my wife was uncomfortable walking that far at night alone past camp trailers and motorhomes who were utilizing the RV park.

The property listing needs clearer and more accurate details to set proper expectations. The provided address led us in circles to unrelated private properties, and it would help to note that the cabin is located at the very back of an RV park. The listing described it as a 2-bedroom, 1-bath with a sofa bed, but it is actually a studio setup with one bed and a sofa bed. The bathrooms are in a separate building and require quarters to use the showers. This could be a nice stay for the right guest, but the listing should better describe the actual setup, location, and what to expect. After some back-and-forth communication, things were resolved, but it took more effort than anticipated. There are many other options in the area that may be a better fit depending on what you’re looking for.

Adorable little cabin

The cabin was adorable and thought had gone into what a person might need while staying here. Even on a busy holiday weekend it was quiet and the restrooms/showers/laundry were available. I would go back again.

Great little cabin

Cabin and campground were awesome with lots of extra things to do at the campground. Cabin has everything you need plus some and is located right on the river. The host was great about everything and we’ll defiantly be going back!
