"The Wash Machine （Dry function）was stopped every 3 to 5 mins, because of the power limitation. (Power distribution breaker was on every 3 to 5 minitues) . we have to pack those wet clothes into our cuitcase to our next visit place"

"The staff is the highlight of this property. They are courteous, pleasant, personable, and responsive to the needs of the guests. The property was well kept and the location was fantastic. The view we booked was exactly as advertised / view of the Thames with Parliament and Big Ben. Breakfast was wonderful; with lots of options for everyone. Excellent stay and central to our itinerary."

"Wonderful stay at The Langham this weekend. The staff are fantastic especially Rodrigo on reception who just makes you feel so welcome!! A credit to the hotel. Room was nice and bed super comfortable and room and bathroom cleaned spotlessly daily. Overall everything you’d expect of one of the top hotels in London. Highly recommended for a central London stay."
