This is a very nice house with the potential to be even nicer. Firstly, I feel it important to add that our party were the first to be guests at the house and I am sure that the owners will be looking to develop upon what is provided within the accommodation. At the moment, although all the basics are there, it is a bit spartan. The house itself, it's garden and the immediate surrounding area are wonderful. It was great to walk through the garden and into the woods to see the deer running around. Inside the house the kitchen/dining area was a particular plus for us, as was the log fire. Although a couple of pubs and a small convenience store are about a 25 min walk away, for us the isolation helped to make our short stay very enjoyable. The owners met us upon our arrival and were very pleasant and helpful.
