"When I got there I was given a different unit than described. It would not work for my situation. The desk corrected it by giving me another unit. That did not work as well. Guest services got involved and upgraded our reservation to larger condo and it was perfect. I highly suggest always checking out your condo as soon as it’s available. Fortunately we were able to do all this switching between three units around noon instead of after 4 pm. The normal check in time."

"There was plenty of room for our family of 5. While we didn’t really use the kitchen, it was a very nice set up with stove, sink and full refrigerator. The main property, however was a bit awkward to get to and find food. When we did eat at the restaurant on the property, it took over an hour to get our order. That the only reason I gave this place 4 stars. Food is important!"

Incredible time.What a great property! we want to do this again with friends, had a wonderful time.So much to do, the food was great.We slept wonderful, the property is spectacular."

"A nice condo situated in a sea of other condos, but as we chose off-season we had the neighborhood virtually to ourselves, which was surprisingly nice. I can't imagine more than 2 people being comfortable staying in this unit.I would've preferred one queen bed, rather than 2 squeezed into the small bedroom. Also, the furniture in the living room was too big, or too much, for the space and it was awkward maneuvering around it.The kitchen/dining area was fine, well-equipped and comfortable. It was cold and rainy, so we didn't use the patio."

"Excellent host and communication before and during our stay! Lots of space and accommodation options for our family to spread out and enjoy the weekend. Great location and nice view of the scenic woods. Furnishings and fixtures/appliances could use some updating, but our host was quick to reply on things we noted that needed small repairs."

"Communication with the host was excellent! The kitchen was fully stocked with more than everything we needed. The ski/lodge shuttle picked us up right outside the door. It was very convenient and the drivers were super nice. The family room was so cozy and comfortable as were the beds! Plenty of linens also. Definitely recommend!"
