Appreciated being able to put a "Please don't disturb" sign on the door that they respected and having amazon deliveries kept safe in office with no trouble. Business really needs to join with the surrounding community though, and help work on the social problems of crime and poverty. We are all ONE! <3

Had to put deposit down for room once I arrived. There was nothing abt a deposit when the room was booked. For the condition of the room, I believe there should not have been a deposit.

Upkeep on the property is not great - stains on furniture in the lobby. Also the room had a terrible musty smell, bed mattress was cheap/uncomfortable.
Too many other options near IAH / George Bush airport, will not be returning to this property.
