"We stayed for two nights. We checked in late on the first night and didn't realize our room had a terrible odor. We asked to be moved and, thought they could not accommodate that request at 2 AM, they moved us first thing in the morning to a lovely room. They were friendly and non-judgmental!"

"I have family in Madisonville and this hotel is my go-to spot every time I'm in town visiting. It's clean, quiet, safe, and centrally located to everything that I need while in the area (stores, food, gas station, etc). There's plenty of parking with none of those sketchy questionable people lurking around the parking lot or hallways or balconies. The AC is always ice cold and there's always plenty of hot water for long showers. The various front desk clerks have always been pleasant with quick and easy check-In. I travel 10 hours from home to get here, so I usually arrive late (around Midnight) and there's always someone at the front desk to greet me... unlike some hotels where you have to ring a bell or call a number to wake someone up to come to the front desk (I hate that)."
