(22 reviews) We didn’t expect to arrive at the property after a long trip and didn’t get to meet anyone. Everything has to be done electronically. The property manager sent us a link to complete the pre-check in process but the link didn’t work. We tried to request them to send it a different way but they never responded. I’m glad that Expedia representative be able to help us get the information to get in the building. Nobody’s in the lobby to greet us and we had to complete the check in process with the IPad. We would never come back to this place again. (228 reviews) Staff at the hotel were very friendly and accomodating. The facility is new and clean. The reason for taking 1 star off is because of the food. My stay included breakfast and I was looking forward to a continental style breakfast. However, the options are limited and I wish there was more variety on the menu to CC oose from. Taste wise, I have had better tasting breakfast elsewhere at a lower tier hotel. In summary, I think hotel can do more to revamp the breakfast menu and offer bigger portions/more variety of food.
