Breakfast is decent - the plates were gross (dirty) - it is the same every morning with the exception of the fruit and cakes options changing. You cannot sit in the balcony area to eat, Staff was attentive and kind. Buses and metro pick up area is nearby. There is a pharmacy nearby and a mini market that is nearby.
Worst part was the shower - it flooded and got worse with our long stay.
Another issue was the AC / it never really felt cold in the room.
Elevator felt unsafe - besides being tiny it lagged.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

"This was the middle hotel on our 75 km Shimanami bike ride and we arrived very hot and tired. The room was not ready for us, but the staff happily took our bags so we could enjoy the town while the room was being prepared. Once we arrived in it, the room was a beautiful newly constructed all wood ..."
