The apartement is located on the ground floor and is facing the West, it offers a view on trees. This apartment includes a living room (sofa bed, flat screen TV, storage) with an equipped kitchen area (2 induction hobs, fridge / freezer, microwave / oven, extractor fan and dishwasher.) A bathroom (shower, basin, washbasin cabinet and storage) and a separate toilet. The bedroom has a bed for 2 persons and wardrobes. There is a collective parking and a private tennis court within the residence. On your rackets !
