Bien agencé avec la loggia fermée et bien exposée pour prendre les repas. Bien situé, proche de la plage. Garage à disposition, très pratique car parkings payants. Quelques commerces et restaurants proches de la résidence. Piste cyclable au pied de l’appartement. La seule remarque que je pourrais faire est de remplacer le lave-linge par un lave-vaisselle !
